Carboplatin and Paclitaxel or Oxaliplatin and Capecitabine With or Without Bevacizumab as First-Line Therapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Stage II-IV or Recurrent Stage I Epithelial Ovarian or Fallopian Tube Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This randomized phase III trial studies carboplatin given together with paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab to see how well it works compared with oxaliplatin given together with capecitabine with or without bevacizumab as first-line therapy in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV, or recurrent (has come back) stage I epithelial ovarian or fallopian tube cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin, paclitaxel, oxaliplatin, and capecitabine, work in different ways to... Read More

Enzalutamide, Carboplatin, and Paclitaxel in Treating Patients With Stage III-IV or Recurrent Endometrioid Endometrial Cancer
Completed
This phase II trial studies how well enzalutamide, carboplatin, and paclitaxel work in treating patients with endometrioid endometrial cancer that is stage III-IV or has come back. Androgens can cause the growth of endometrioid endometrial cancer. Antihormone therapy, such as enzalutamide may lessen the amount of androgen made by the body. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stop... Read More

A Study of ASP-1929 Photoimmunotherapy in Combination With Pembrolizumab in First-line Treatment of Locoregional Recurrent Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck With No Distant Metastases
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if ASP-1929 photoimmunotherapy (PIT) in combination with pembrolizumab works to treat recurrent squamous cell cancer of the head and neck (HNSCC) with no distant metastases. It will also learn about the safety of ASP-1929 PIT in combination with pembrolizumab. Researchers will compare ASP-1929 PIT in combination with pembrolizumab to pembrolizumab alone or pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy (carboplatin or cisplatin, plus 5-fluorouracil or paclitaxel or... A Study of Relatlimab Plus Nivolumab in Combination With Chemotherapy vs. Nivolumab in Combination With Chemotherapy as First Line Treatment for Participants With Stage IV or Recurrent Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety profile of relatlimab plus nivolumab in combination with platinum doublet chemotherapy (PDCT) and to determine if nivolumab plus relatlimab in combination with PDCT improves overall response rate (ORR) when compared to nivolumab plus PDCT in participants with previously untreated Stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Ensartinib, Carboplatin, Pemetrexed and Bevacizumab for the Treatment of Stage IIIC or IV or Recurrent ALK-Positive Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase Ib trial finds the best dose and side effects of ensartinib and its effects when given with carboplatin, pemetrexed and bevacizumab for in treating patients with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IIIC or IV, or has come back (recurrent). Ensartinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and pemetrexed, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killi... Read More

Nivolumab With or Without Ipilimumab or Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Previously Untreated Stage I-IIIA Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Completed
This phase II trial studies how well nivolumab works when given alone and in combination with ipilimumab or chemotherapy in treating patients with previously untreated stage I-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, docetaxel, and pemetrexed, work in different w... Read More
