This phase I trial studies the side effects of OBP-301 when given together with carboplatin, paclitaxel, and radiation therapy in treating patients with esophageal or gastroesophageal cancer that invades local or regional structures. OBP-301 is a virus that has been designed to infect and destroy tumor cells (although there is a small risk that it can also infect normal cells). Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving OBP-301 with chemotherapy and radiation therapy may work better than standard chemotherapy and radiation therapy in treating patients with esophageal or gastroesophageal cancer. Read Less

The goal of this clinical research study is to find the highest tolerable dose of the combination of bevacizumab (Avastin) and temsirolimus (Torisel) that can be given with 1 of 3 other study drugs --carboplatin (Paraplatin), paclitaxel (Taxol), or sorafenib (Nexavar). This is a phase 3, open-label, randomized, multi-center study assessing the efficacy and safety of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR Exon20ins mutation, who are newly diagnosed or have not received prior systemic therapy in advanced stage. Primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy using by BICR-assessed PFS per RECIST 1.1 as primary endpoint. This study will test an experimental drug (enfortumab vedotin) alone and with different combinations of anticancer therapies. Pembrolizumab is an immune checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) that is used to treat patients with cancer of the urinary system (urothelial cancer). This type of cancer includes cancer of the bladder, renal pelvis, ureter or urethra. Some parts of the study will look at locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer (la/mUC), which means the cancer has spread to nearby tissues or to other areas of the body. Other parts of the study will look at muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC), which is cancer at an earlier stage that has spread into the muscle wall of the bladder. This study will look at the side effects of enfortumab vedotin alone and with other anticancer therapies. A side effect is a response to a drug that is not part of the treatment effect. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) plus one of four platinum-based chemotherapy regimens compared to the efficacy and safety of placebo plus one of four platinum-based chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of adult women with persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer. Possible chemotherapy regimens include: paclitaxel plus cisplatin with or without bevacizumab and paclitaxel plus carboplatin with or without bevacizumab. PARPs are proteins that help repair DNA mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as olaparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial is being done to see if an experimental drug (SEA-CD40) works when it's given with other cancer drugs to treat some types of cancer. It will also study side effects from the drug. There are 2 parts in this trial. In one part, participants have melanoma that has come back after treatment or can't be removed by surgery. Participants in this part will get SEA-CD40 and pembrolizumab. In the other part, participants have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread through their body. This is a phase II, single-arm, open-label study evaluating the efficacy, safety and tolerability of neoadjuvant sotorasib in combination with cisplatin (or carboplatin) and pemetrexed chemotherapy for patients with surgically resectable stage IIA - IIIB (T3-T4/N2) (based on AJCC 8th edition), non-squamous NSCLC with a KRAS p.G12C mutation. The primary objective of the study is to determine whether neoadjuvant therapy with 4 cycles of at least one dose of sotorasib plus cisplatin (or carboplatin) and pemetrexed can be administered safely and result in improved MPR rate in patients with KRAS p.G12C-mutant non-squamous NSCLC compared with the historical control MPR rate for platinum-based chemotherapy alone.
