This is a randomized, Phase III, multicenter, open-label study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of atezolizumab in combination with cisplatin or carboplatin + pemetrexed compared with treatment with cisplatin or carboplatin + pemetrexed in participants who are chemotherapy-naive and have Stage IV non-squamous NSCLC. This is an open label, multi-institutional, single arm Phase II trial. All patients will be treated with Carboplatin, Paclitaxel, Durvalumab and Radiation. All patients with non-PD after induction therapy who remain surgical candidates will undergo surgical resection 4-12 weeks following induction therapy.
