Study of Pembrolizumab With Maintenance Olaparib or Maintenance Pemetrexed in First-line (1L) Metastatic Nonsquamous Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (MK-7339-006, KEYLYNK-006)
Active Not Recruiting
The current study will compare pembrolizumab (MK-3475) plus maintenance olaparib, versus (vs) pembrolizumab plus maintenance pemetrexed for the treatment of non-squamous NSCLC. The study's 2 primary hypotheses are: 1. Pembrolizumab plus maintenance olaparib is superior to pembrolizumab plus maintenance pemetrexed with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) by blinded independent clinical review (BICR) and 2. Pembrolizu... Read More

Chemotherapy With or Without Immunotherapy for Peritoneal Mesothelioma
Recruiting
This phase II trial compares the usual treatment alone (carboplatin, pemetrexed, and bevacizumab) to using immunotherapy (atezolizumab) plus the usual treatment in treating patients with peritoneal mesothelioma. The usual treatment consists of surgery or chemotherapy. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slow... Read More

Study to Evaluate Adverse Events, Optimal Dose, and Change in Disease Activity, With Livmoniplimab in Combination With Budigalimab Plus Chemotherapy Versus IV Infused Pembrolizumab Plus Chemotherapy in Adult Participants With Untreated Metastatic Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Recruiting
Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide, with poor survival prospects for metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab plus chemotherapy versus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in participants with untreated metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the... Read More

Concurrent Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy for Newly Diagnosed Nasal NK Cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if radiation therapy and chemotherapy can help control Stage 1 and/or 2 NK cell lymphoma. The safety of the radiation and chemotherapy combination will also be studied. This is an investigational study. Radiation and chemotherapy are FDA approved and commercially available for patients with Stage 1 and/or 2 NK cell lymphoma. The combination of these therapies given at the same time is investigational. Up to 40 patients will take part in this... Read More

MPDL3280A With Chemoradiation for Lung Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn about the safety of adding MDPL3280A to standard chemotherapy (a combination of carboplatin and paclitaxel) and radiation in patients with lung cancer. You are being asked to take part in this study because you have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is unresectable (cannot be removed by surgery) and has not spread. This is an investigational study. MPDL3280A is not FDA approved or commercially available. It is currently being used for... Read More

Cabazitaxel, Carboplatin, and Cetrelimab Followed by Niraparib With or Without Cetrelimab for the Treatment of Aggressive Variant Metastatic Prostate Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effect of cabazitaxel, carboplatin, and cetrelimab followed by niraparib with or without cetrelimab in treating patients with aggressive variant prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as cabazitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. PARPs are proteins that help repair D... Read More

A Study to Learn More About How Well Sevabertinib (BAY 2927088) Works and How Safe it is Compared With Standard Treatment, in Participants Who Have Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Mutations of the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)
Recruiting
Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC is a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body or that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building... Read More
