This phase II trial tests how well carboplatin before surgery works in treating patients with high-risk prostate cancer and an inherited BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells. This phase II trial studies the immunologic response and side effects of using the WOKVAC vaccine in combination with chemotherapy and HER2-targeted monoclonal antibody therapy before surgery in treating patients with breast cancer. Vaccines like WOKVAC are made from tumor-associated antigens which may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab are forms of targeted therapy because they work by attaching themselves to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When trastuzumab and pertuzumab attach to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. This phase III trial studies if selumetinib works just as well as the standard treatment with carboplatin/vincristine (CV) for subjects with NF1-associated low grade glioma (LGG), and to see if selumetinib is better than CV in improving vision in subjects with LGG of the optic pathway (vision nerves). Selumetinib is a drug that works by blocking some enzymes that low-grade glioma tumor cells need for their growth. This results in killing tumor cells. This randomized phase III trial studies docetaxel, carboplatin, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab with estrogen deprivation to see how they work compared to docetaxel, carboplatin, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab without estrogen deprivation in treating patients with hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer that is operable or has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as docetaxel, carboplatin, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more tumor cells. Estrogen can cause the growth of breast cancer cells. Hormone therapy using goserelin acetate and aromatase inhibition therapy may fight breast cancer by blocking the use of estrogen by the tumor cells. Radiation therapy uses high energy x rays to kill tumor cells. Cediranib maleate may stop the growth of ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. This study consists of several parts: dose escalation, dose expansion, dose expansion in Chinese participants residing in China, and coformulation. Dose escalation is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of MK-4830 monotherapy administration (Arms A and B) and in combination with pembrolizumab (Arm C). Dose expansion is to evaluate the objective response rate (ORR) of MK-4830 in combination with pembrolizumab (Arms A-F); evaluate the safety and tolerability of MK-4830 administered in combination with pembrolizumab, carboplatin, and pemetrexed (Arm G) and of MK-4830 administered in combination with pembrolizumab and lenvatinib (Arm H); evaluate the safety, tolerability and ORR of MK-4830 in combination with pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy (Arms I-L); and evaluate the safety and tolerability of MK-4830 in combination with pembrolizumab in Chinese participants from China (Arm M).
