This phase III trial studies how well letrozole with or without paclitaxel and carboplatin works in treating patients with stage II-IV low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum. Letrozole is an enzyme inhibitor that lowers the amount of estrogen made by the body which in turn may stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. The aim of our study is to assess the Progression Free Survival (PFS) in suboptimally cytoreduced epithelial ovarian/ primary peritoneal/ fallopian tube cancer patients treated with the novel combination of carboplatin every 21 days (triweekly) /weekly paclitaxel IV with pembrolizumab IV followed by maintenance pembrolizumab IV.

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of BIO 300 Oral Suspension when used in combination with standard dose radiation therapy and chemotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Based on preclinical data the investigators hypothesize that BIO 300 Oral Suspension will reduce the incidence of radiation-induced pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis.
