A Study of N9 Chemotherapy in Children With Neuroblastoma
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of the study is to find out whether N9 is a safe and effective treatment for children with neuroblastoma. N9 includes 3 different combinations of chemotherapy drugs that are given at different times - Cyclophosphamide, topotecan, and vincristine (CTV), Ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide (ICE), Cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and vincristine (CDV).

Carboplatin and Paclitaxel With or Without Panitumumab in Treating Patients With Invasive Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This randomized phase II trial studies how well carboplatin and paclitaxel with or without panitumumab work in treating patients with invasive triple negative breast cancer. Drugs used in the chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping the them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as panitumumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow a... Read More

Abiraterone Acetate, Prednisone, and Apalutamide With or Without Ipilimumab or Cabazitaxel and Carboplatin in Treating Patients With Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This randomized phase II trial studies the side effects and how well abiraterone acetate, prednisone, and apalutamide work with or without ipilimumab or cabazitaxel and carboplatin in treating patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Androgens can cause the growth of prostate cancer cells. Drugs, such as abiraterone acetate and apalutamide may lessen the amount of androgens made by the body. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as... Read More

Pembrolizumab/Vibostolimab (MK-7684A) or Atezolizumab in Combination With Chemotherapy in First Line Treatment of Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (MK-7684A-008/KEYVIBE-008)
Active Not Recruiting
This study will evaluate the combination of a fixed dose pembrolizumab/vibostolimab co-formulation (MK-7684A) with etoposide/platinum chemotherapy followed by MK-7684A compared to the combination of atezolizumab with etoposide/platinum chemotherapy followed by atezolizumab in the first-line treatment of Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC). The primary hypothesis is, with respect to overall survival, MK-7684A in combination with the background therapy of etoposide/platinum followed b... Read More

Pembrolizumab and Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy or Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Small Cell Lung Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of pembrolizumab when given together with chemoradiotherapy or radiation therapy in treating patients with small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Giving chemotherapy with radiation therap... Read More

A Study of Cemiplimab With Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy in People With Head and Neck Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to find out whether combining the standard chemotherapy for head and neck cancer with the immunotherapy drugs cetuximab and cemiplimab (the study drug) is a safe treatment for head and neck cancer, and whether receiving this combination treatment before surgery may allow participants to forgo the standard radiation treatment after surgery.

IPH5201 and Durvalumab in Patients With Resectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (MATISSE)
Recruiting
The study is intended to assess the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant combination of IPH5201 and durvalumab in addition to standard chemotherapy and adjuvant combination of IPH5201 and durvalumab in untreated patients with resectable, early-stage (stage II to IIIA) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Pembrolizumab Plus Chemotherapy in NSCLC With Targetable Genetic Alterations After Progression on Targeted Agents
Completed
Investigators hypothesize that addition of pembrolizumab will enhance the efficacy of carboplatin and pemetrexed in patients with EGFR-mutation-positive NSCLC, or patients with other genetic alterations, and who have disease progression following appropriate targeted therapies.

Lamivudine in Combination With Chemoimmunotherapy for the Treatment of Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effect of lamivudine in combination with standard of care chemoimmunotherapy in treating patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Even though small cell lung cancer is initially highly responsive to first-line chemotherapy treatment, treatment resistance inevitably emerges; treatment resistance is when tumor cells stop responding to a drug treatment that they had previously responded to. Lamivudine is an oral antiviral a drug that may be able to reduc... Read More

A Trial to Learn How the Combination of Fianlimab With Cemiplimab and Chemotherapy Works Compared With Cemiplimab and Chemotherapy for Treating Adult Patients With Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This study is researching an investigational drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767) with two other medications called cemiplimab and chemotherapy, individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs". 'Investigational' means that the study drug is not approved for use outside of this study by any Health Authority. Examples of chemotherapy drugs include the following: Paclitaxel plus carboplatin, and Pemetrexed plus cisplatin. The study is being conducted in patients who... Read More

DISCERN: Dual Versus Single ICB in PDL-1 Negative NSCLC
Not Yet Recruiting
The purpose of this study, known as DISCERN, is to compare two different treatments for a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that does not show a marker known as PD-L1. This study will help us understand if using two types of immune therapy together with chemotherapy is better than using one type of immune therapy with chemotherapy. We're doing this by looking at changes in the subject's cancer's DNA in the blood after starting treatment.

Trial of Individualized Adaptive RT in HPV-related High Risk Oropharynx Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This study seeks to study the population of HPV-related oropharynx cancer patients that appear to be at highest risk for treatment failure with loco-regional failure and distant metastases including cT4 or cN3. The study team aims to determine if it is feasible to use multi-modality imaging (both DCE MRI and FDG-PET) to optimize the radiation boost in high risk p16+ OPSCC with similar or decreased toxicity compared to historic standard therapy.
