RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more tumor cells. Monoclonal antibodies, such as trastuzumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. This study is to assess the pharmacokinetics (PK) and safety of SC pembrolizumab formulated with berahyaluronidase alfa (MK-3475A) versus (vs) intravenous (IV) pembrolizumab (MK-3475), administered with chemotherapy in first line treatment of adult participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
