Intra-Arterial Chemotherapy for Newly Diagnosed, Residual, or Recurrent Atypical Choroid Plexus Papilloma and Choroid Plexus Carcinoma Prior to Second-Look Surgery
Active Not Recruiting
This study will test the safety and efficacy of intra-arterial chemotherapy in subjects with newly diagnosed, residual, or recurrent atypical choroid plexus papilloma and choroid plexus carcinoma prior to a second surgery. It is believed that intra-arterial chemotherapy will be safe and feasible for this population and will result in decreased tumor size, which may further improve the goals of a second-look surgery.

Veliparib and Topotecan With or Without Carboplatin in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Acute Leukemia, High-Risk Myelodysplasia, or Aggressive Myeloproliferative Disorders
Completed
This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of veliparib when given together with topotecan hydrochloride with or without carboplatin in treating patients with relapsed or refractory acute leukemia, high-risk myelodysplasia, or aggressive myeloproliferative disorders. Veliparib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as topotecan hydrochloride and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the... Read More

Surgery and Chemotherapy With or Without Chemotherapy After Surgery in Treating Patients With Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, Uterine, or Peritoneal Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase I trial studies the side effects and how well surgery and heated chemotherapy with or without non-heated chemotherapy after surgery works in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, uterine, or peritoneal cancer. Giving a dose of heated chemotherapy into the abdomen during surgery that is done to remove ovarian, fallopian tube, uterine, or peritoneal cancer may help lower the risk of the cancer coming back. Giving unheated chemotherapy drugs directly into the abdomen after surg... Read More

A Study of Carboplatin and Paclitaxel Chemotherapy With Nivolumab With or Without Ipilimumab in Patients With Ovarian Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to find out what effects, good or bad, the addition of nivolumab or the combination of nivolumab plus ipilimumab to typical chemotherapy has on the treatment of advanced high-grade serous cancers of ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal origin. The typical chemotherapy treatment is Carboplatin and Paclitaxel.

Pembrolizumab and Carboplatin for the Treatment of Recurrent Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial investigates how well pembrolizumab and carboplatin work in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has come back (recurrent). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the ce... Read More

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of brentuximab vedotin that can be combined with ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide in treating patients with Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or is not responding to treatment (refractory). Monoclonal antibody-drug conjugates, such as brentuximab vedotin, can block cancer growth in different ways by targeting certain cells.
