Chemotherapy drugs, such as vincristine sulfate, cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving more than one drug (combination... Read More

This randomized phase III trial is studying different combination chemotherapy regimens and their side effects and comparing how well they work in treating young patients with newly diagnosed T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more cancer cells. It is no... Read More

This is a single-arm, open label, multicenter Phase 1/2 study evaluating ALLO-501A in adult subjects with R/R LBCL and CLL/SLL. The purpose of the ALPHA2 study is to assess the safety, efficacy, and cell kinetics of ALLO-501A in adults with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma and assess the safety of ALLO-501A in adults with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) after a lymphodepletion regimen comprising fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, a...
