A Study of Brentuximab Vedotin and CHP in Frontline Treatment of PTCL With Less Than 10% CD30 Expression
Active Not Recruiting
This clinical trial will study brentuximab vedotin with CHP to find out if the drugs work for people who have certain types of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). It will also find out what side effects occur when brentuximab vedotin and CHP are used together. A side effect is anything the drugs do besides treating cancer. CHP is a type of chemotherapy that uses three drugs (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone). CHP is approved by the FDA to treat certain types of PTCL.

Off-the-shelf NK Cells + SCT for Myeloid Malignancies
Completed
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn about the safety and effectiveness of giving KDS-1001 in combination with a standard stem cell transplant to patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), or chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). KDS-1001 is a study product created using certain immune cells called natural killer (NK) cells collected from a third-party donor.

Venetoclax, SL-401, and Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well venetoclax, SL-401, and chemotherapy works in treating patients with blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm. Venetoclax may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. SL-401 is a recombinant protein consisting of IL-3 linked to a toxic agent called DT. IL-3 attaches to IL-3 receptors on tumor cells in a targeted way and delivers DT to kill them. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the gro... Read More

To Evaluate Efficacy of Belinostat or Pralatrexate in Combination Against CHOP Alone in PTCL
Recruiting
Part 1: This is a 5 Arm study primarily to determine the best dose out of the two dose levels of Belinostat and Pralatrexate combined with CHOP/COP in newly diagnosed PTCL patients based on Safety for part 2 study. Part 2 (Efficacy and Safety): This is a 3 Arm study. Patients with previously untreated PTCL will be randomized 1:1:1 into 1 of 3 treatment groups: 2 experimental treatment groups (Bel-CHOP or Fol-COP) or 1 active comparator treatment group (CHOP). Patients will be treated for up to... Read More

Busulfan, Fludarabine Phosphate, and Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide in Treating Patients With Blood Cancer Undergoing Donor Stem Cell Transplant
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the side effect of busulfan, fludarabine phosphate, and post-transplant cyclophosphamide in treating patients with blood cancer undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as busulfan, fludarabine phosphate and cyclophosphamide work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy such as busulfan and fludarabine phospha... Read More

Neratinib and Paclitaxel With or Without Pertuzumab and Trastuzumab Before Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Metastatic or Locally Advanced Breast Cancer
Terminated
This phase I/II trial studies the side effect and best dose of neratinib and to see how well it works with paclitaxel and with or without pertuzumab and trastuzumab before combination chemotherapy in treating patients with breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Neratinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with pertuzumab and trastuzumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interf... Read More
