FT825/ONO-8250, an Off-the-Shelf, HER2 CAR-T, with or Without Monoclonal Antibodies in Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
This is a phase 1 study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and antitumor activity of FT825 (also known as ONO-8250) with or without monoclonal antibody therapy following chemotherapy in participants with advanced human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive or other advanced solid tumors. The study will consist of a dose-escalation stage, followed by an expansion stage to further evaluate the safety and activity of FT825 in indication-specific cohorts.

Scleroderma Treatment With Autologous Transplant (STAT) Study
Completed
This phase II trial studies how well giving cyclophosphamide and anti-thymocyte globulin together followed by peripheral blood stem cell transplant (PBSCT) and mycophenolate mofetil works in treating patients with systemic scleroderma (SSc). Stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored prior to treatment. To store the stem cells patients are given colony-stimulating factors, such as filgrastim (G-CSF) or chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide) to help stem cells move from the bone marrow... Read More

Combination Chemotherapy and Nelarabine in Treating Patients With T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or Lymphoblastic Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well combination chemotherapy and nelarabine work in treating patients with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin, dexamethasone, methotrexate, cytarabine, mercaptopurine, prednisone, pegaspargase, nelarabine, and venetoclax work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing... Phase II Investigation of Pembrolizumab in Combination With Bevacizumab and Oral Cyclophosphamide in Patients With High Grade Ovarian Cancer and Surgically Documented Minimal Residual Disease After Frontline Therapy
Recruiting
To find out if combining pembrolizumab, bevacizumab (or an equivalent biosimilar drug), and low-dose cyclophosphamide can help control high-grade ovarian cancer that has MRD after treatment. The safety of this treatment combination will also be studied.

HPV-16/18 E6/E7-Specific T Lymphocytes, Relapsed HPV-Associated Cancers, HESTIA
Active Not Recruiting
Subjects have a type of cancer that has been associated with an infection with a virus called human papilloma virus (HPV). The cancer has come back, has not gone away after standard treatment or the subject cannot receive standard treatment. This is a research study using special immune system cells called HPVST cells, a new experimental treatment. Investigators want to find out if they can use this type of treatment in patients with HPV-cancers. They have discovered a way to grow large number... Read More
