The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if giving genetically changed immune cells, called CAR-NK cells, after chemotherapy will improve the disease in stem cell transplant patients with relapsed (has returned) and/or refractory (has not responded to treatment) B-cell lymphoma or leukemia. Also, researchers want to find the highest tolerable dose of CAR-NK cells to give to patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma or leukemia. The safety of this treatment will also be studied. This is an investigational study. The making of and infusion of genetically changed NK cells and the drug AP1903 (if you receive it, explained below) are not FDA approved or commercially available for use in this type of disease. They are currently being used for research purposes only. The chemotherapy drugs in this study (fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and mesna) are commercially available and FDA approved. RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Giving combination chemotherapy after surgery may kill any tumor cells remaining following surgery. It is not yet known which regimen of combination chemotherapy is more effective in treating breast cancer with positive axillary lymph nodes. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of different regimens of combination chemotherapy in treating women who have undergone surgery for stage I, stage II, or stage IIIA breast cancer with positive axillary lymph nodes. This open-label, single arm study will evaluate the safety of obinutuzumab administered as a short duration infusion (SDI; target 90-minute infusion) during cycle 2 and from cycle 2 onwards in combination with chemotherapy in participants with previously untreated advanced follicular lymphoma (FL). The study has two phases: in the first phase, participants will receive the first cycle of obinutuzumab-based chemotherapy (G-chemo) induction therapy as usual with the first three infusions of obinutuzumab (1000 mg) administered at the regular infusion rate on Day 1, 8, and 15 of cycle 1. Phase 2 starts when participants who do not experience any Grade ≥ 3 infusion related reactions during the first cycle receive their first obintuzumab infusion given at the faster infusion rate in Cycle 2. For Cycle 2, Day 1 and all other following infusions (including maintenance), obinutuzumab will be administered at a faster infusion of 90-minute SDI, as long as the participant does not experience any Grade ≥ 3 infusion related reactions. The investigator is free to choose the chemotherapy for each participant (bendamustine, CHOP \[cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone/prednisolone/methylprednisolone\], or CVP \[cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and prednisone/prednisolone/methylprednisolone\]). This randomized phase III trial is studying low-dose vincristine to see how well it works compared with high-dose vincristine when given together with different combination chemotherapy regimens in treating young patients with intermediate-risk relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. The subject is invited to take part in this research study because s/he has been diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Primary Mediastinal B-cell Lymphoma (PMBCL), or Post-transplant Lymphoproliferative Disorder (PTLD). In an attempt to improve cure rates while reducing harmful effects from drugs, oncologists are developing new treatment protocols. One such protocol, entitled dose-adjusted EPOCH-R, utilizes two major new strategies. First, the treatment approach utilizes continuous infusion of chemotherapy over four days, instead of being administered over minutes or hours. Secondly, the doses of some medications involved are increased or decreased based on how the drugs affect the subject's ability to produce blood cells, which is used as a measure of how rapidly the body is processing drugs. Using this approach in adults, researchers have shown improved cure rates in these cancers. Additionally, the harmful effects experienced by patients has been mild, with mucositis, severe infections, and tumor lysis syndrome occurring rarely. However, this new dosing method has never been used in children, and the effectiveness and side effects of this new method are unknown in children. The purpose of this study is to look at the safety of dose-adjusted EPOCH-R in the treatment of children with mature B-cell cancers, and to see if we can maintain cure rates (as has been shown in adults). Objectives: Primary Objectives: 1. To determine the safety and feasibility of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) as initial salvage treatment for patients with primary induction failure (PIF) acute myeloid leukemia (AML). 2. To determine efficacy of AHSCT following decitabine, clofarabine, idarubicin, and cytarabine (DCIA) salvage chemotherapy evaluated by overall response rate (RR), defined as complete response (CR) or CR without platelet recovery (CRp) or CR with insufficient hematological recovery (CRi). Secondary Objectives: 1. To determine the percentage of patients with PIF AML eligible for AHSCT after up to 2 courses of induction chemotherapy. 2. To determine the early treatment-related mortality (TRM) (within first 4 weeks of first salvage chemotherapy regimen with DCIA and day 100 TRM after AHSCT. 3. To determine the efficacy DCIA regimen as salvage chemotherapy for patients with PIF AML (% of patients who achieve \</=5% bone marrow blasts prior to AHSCT. 4. To determine the TRM at 1 year, relapse rate (RR), overall survival (OS) and event-free survival (EFS) for patients with PIF AML treated with DCIA followed by early AHSCT. Read Less

The primary objective of phase 1 is to evaluate the safety of KTE-C19 and atezolizumab combination regimens. The primary objective of phase 2 is to evaluate the efficacy of KTE-C19 and atezolizumab, as measured by complete response rate in participants with refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This phase II trial studies how well giving rituximab, lenalidomide, and ibrutinib with chemotherapy works in treating patients with high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. High-risk large B-cell lymphoma is a type of cancer of the immune system that is usually fast-growing in the body. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may block cancer growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
