Dose-escalation, Dose-expansion Study of Safety of Azer-cel (PBCAR0191) in Patients with R/r NHL and R/r B-cell ALL
Recruiting
This is a Phase 1/1b, nonrandomized, open-label, parallel assignment, dose-escalation, and dose-expansion study to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of azer-cel, an allogeneic anti-CD19 CAR T, in adults with r/r B ALL and r/r B-cell NHL.

Correlation of Clinical Response to Pathologic Response in Patients With Early Breast Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to learn whether clinical response (the amount a tumor shrinks based on imaging or tumor measurements obtained by physical exam) predicts pathologic response (the amount of tumor remaining when surgery is performed) in participants with breast cancer who are receiving chemotherapy prior to surgery.

Sirolimus in Combination With Metronomic Chemotherapy in Children With High-Risk Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The primary objective of this study is to improve the 2-year progression-free survival in children with high-risk solid tumors who are administered a maintenance regimen with continuous sirolimus administered on a backbone of metronomic chemotherapy following the completion of "standard" therapy, as compared to high-risk solid tumor patients treated with observation alone following completion of "standard" therapy.

Safety and Efficacy of ALLO-316 in Subjects With Advanced or Metastatic Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma
Recruiting
This is a Phase 1 dose escalation study following a 3+3 study design. The purpose of the TRAVERSE study is to assess the safety, efficacy, and cell kinetics of ALLO-316 in adults with advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma after a lymphodepletion regimen comprising fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and ALLO-647 to define a Phase 2 dose.

Antiangiogenic Therapy for Children with Recurrent Medulloblastoma, Ependymoma and ATRT
Recruiting
Patients with relapsed medulloblastoma, ependymoma and ATRT have a very poor prognosis whether treated with conventional chemotherapy, high-dose chemotherapy with stem cell rescue, irradiation or combinations of these modalities. Antiangiogenetic therapy has emerged as new treatment option in solid malignancies. The frequent, metronomic schedule targets both proliferating tumor cells and endothelial cells, and minimizes toxicity. In this study the investigators will evaluate the use of biweekly... Read More

Loncastuximab Tesirine in Combination with DA-EPOCH-R in Patients with Previously Untreated Aggressive B-cell Lymphoid Malignancies
Recruiting
The overarching hypothesis for this study is that a safe and tolerable dose (i.e., the maximum tolerated dose) will be identified for loncastuximab tesirine in combination with dose-adjusted etoposide phosphate, prednisone, vincristine sulfate (Oncovin), cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride (hydroxydaunorubicin), and rituximab (DA-EPOCH-R) for patients with previously untreated aggressive B-cell lymphoid malignancies.

A Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of Idecabtagene Vicleucel With Lenalidomide Maintenance Therapy Versus Lenalidomide Maintenance Therapy Alone in Adult Participants With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma Who Have Suboptimal Response After Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of ide-cel with lenalidomide (LEN) maintenance to that of LEN maintenance alone in adult participants with Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma (NDMM) who have achieved a suboptimal response post autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT).
