The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of brexucabtagene autoleucel (KTE-X19) in adults with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (r/r CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (r/r SLL) who have received at least 2 prior lines of treatment, one of which must include a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor. After the end of KTE-C19-108, participants who received an infusion of brexucabtagene autoleucel will complete the remainder of the 15-year follow-up assessments in a separate Long-term Follow-up study, KT-US-982-5968 (NCT05041309). This partially randomized phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of vorinostat when given together with combination chemotherapy and rituximab to see how well it works compared to combination chemotherapy alone in treating patients with human immunodeficiency virus-related diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma or other aggressive B-cell lymphomas. Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. This is a multicenter, open-label, phase 1, single arm study intended to determine the optimal target dose and safety of bb2121 in subjects with HR (R-ISS Stage III per IMWG criteria) NDMM. Subjects should have received 3 Cycles of standard induction therapy prior to undergoing leukapheresis procedure to collect autologous mononuclear cells for manufacture of the drug product (bb2121). Following manufacture of the drug product, subjects will receive fourth cycle of induction therapy followed by lymphodepleting therapy with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide prior to bb2121 infusion. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of BCMA CAR-T cells in treating patients with BCMA positive multiple myeloma that has come back or does not respond to treatment. T cells are a type of white blood cell and a major component of the immune system. T-cells that have been genetically modified in the laboratory express BCMA and may kill cancer cells with the protein BCMA on their surface. Giving chemotherapy before BCMA CAR-T cells may reduce the amount of disease and to cause a low lymphocyte (white blood cell) count in the blood, which may help the infused BCMA CAR-T cells survive and expand. This phase I/II trial investigates the side effects of genetically engineered cells called FH-MagIC TCR-T cells and how well they work with atezolizumab in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer, urothelial cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). T cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill tumor cells. The T cells given in this study will come from the patient and will have a new gene put in them that makes them able to recognize MAGE-A1, a protein on the surface of tumor cells. These MAGE-A1-specific T cells may help the body's immune system identify and kill MAGE-A1 tumor cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This phase I trial studies the best dose of inotuzumab ozogamicin in combination with chemotherapy in treating patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (recurrent) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory). Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called ozogamicin. Inotuzumab attaches to CD22 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers ozogamicin to kill them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, prednisone, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving inotuzumab ozogamicin in combination with chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells than with chemotherapy alone in treating patients with recurrent or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
