Dexamethasone and Azeliragon for Management of Post-Resection Cerebral Edema in Patients with Glioblastoma
Withdrawn
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of dexamethasone when given with azeliragon in managing cerebral edema after surgery (post-resection) in patients with glioblastoma. Cerebral edema is a pathological increase in the water mass contained within the brain interstitial space. Dexamethasone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. Az... Read More

Phase II Study of IRD (Ixazomib, Lenalidomide, Dexamethasone) Post Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation Followed by Maintenance Ixazomib or Lenalidomide for Multiple Myeloma
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate a treatment regimen called IRD which will be given to participants after their stem cell transplant in an effort to help prolong the amount of time the participants are disease-free after transplant. IRD is a three-drug regimen consisting of ixazomib, lenalidomide (also called Revlimid), and dexamethasone. After 4 cycles of IRD, the participants will be randomized to receive maintenance therapy either with ixazomib or lenalidomide.

Ixazomib with Pomalidomide, Clarithromycin and Dexamethasone in Treating Patients with Multiple Myeloma
Active Not Recruiting
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of clarithromycin when given together with ixazomib citrate, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone and to see how well it works in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has not responded to previous treatment. Biological therapies, such as clarithromycin, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Ixazomib citrate... Read More

A Clinical Trial to Learn About the Study Medicine Called Maplirpacept (PF-07901801), Alone and When Used in Combination With Other Medicines to Treat Participants With Advanced Hematological Malignancies, Including Lymphoma, Leukemia and Multiple Myeloma
Terminated
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn how the experimental medicine maplirpacept (PF-07901801) affects people with various types of blood cancers:
* relapsed or refractory (R/R) lymphoma
* multiple myeloma
* newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
This trial will be conducted in the outpatient setting in 2 parts, phase 1a and phase 1b. You may only participate in one part of the study.
During phase 1a of this study, we will explore how much maplirpacept (PF-07901801), when used... Read More

Idasanutlin, Ixazomib Citrate, and Dexamethasone in Treating Patients With Relapsed Multiple Myeloma
Completed
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of idasanutlin and ixazomib citrate when given together with dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has returned after a period of improvement. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as idasanutlin and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Ixazomib citrate may stop the growth of cancer ce... Read More

Lenalidomide, and Dexamethasone With or Without Daratumumab in Treating Patients With High-Risk Smoldering Myeloma
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies how well lenalidomide and dexamethasone works with or without daratumumab in treating patients with high-risk smoldering myeloma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may... Read More

Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the combination of four drugs (daratumumab, bortezomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone) to the use of a three drug combination (daratumumab, lenalidomide and dexamethasone). Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spread...
