This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of idasanutlin and ixazomib citrate when given together with dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has returned after a period of improvement. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as idasanutlin and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Ixazomib citrate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving idasanutlin, ixazomib citrate, and dexamethasone together may work better in treating patients with multiple myeloma. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and antitumor activity of oral cemsidomide (also known as CFT7455) administered at different dosages in subjects with Relapsed/Refractory (r/r) Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) or Multiple Myeloma (MM). A Phase 2 study investigating the addition of cRIT 131I-omburtamab to irinotecan, temozolomide, and bevacizumab for patients with recurrent medulloblastoma. A feasibility cohort is included to assess the feasibility of incorporating cRIT 131I-omburtamab for patients with recurrent ependymoma. Direct intraventricular delivery of radiolabeled tumor-specific antibodies may aid in both the detection and treatment of recurrent disease for these highly specific pediatric patients with recurrent tumors. KRT-232 (AMG 232) may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking a protein called MDM2 that is needed for cell growth. Lenalidomide help shrink or slow the growth of multiple myeloma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carfilzomib and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of 3 different regimens of panobinostat (20 milligrams \[mg\] thrice a week \[TIW\], 20 mg twice a week \[BIW\], and 10 mg TIW) in combination with subcutaneous bortezomib and dexamethasone and to provide exposure, safety and efficacy data to identify the optimal regimen of panobinostat in a randomized, 3-arm parallel design. This study will also assess the impact of administering subcutaneous bortezomib (in combination with panobinostat and dexamethasone) twice weekly for 4 cycles, and then weekly starting from Cycle 5 until disease progression in participants ≤ 75 years of age. Participants \> 75 years of age will receive subcutaneous bortezomib weekly for the entire treatment period (in combination with panobinostat and dexamethasone) until disease progression. Participants will be treated until disease progression or until they discontinue earlier due to unacceptable toxicity or for other reasons. Participants who discontinued study treatment for reasons other than disease progression will be followed for efficacy every 6 weeks. This is a prospective, multi-center, pilot feasibility study to document the effects of adventitial delivery of temsirolimus or temsirolimus with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection, USP, after revascularization of femoropopliteal lesions in symptomatic patients with moderate to severe claudication (Rutherford 2-3) or critical limb ischemia (CLI) with rest pain (Rutherford 4). Lestaurtinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
