Inotuzumab Ozogamicin and Frontline Chemotherapy in Treating Young Adults With Newly Diagnosed B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Suspended
This partially randomized phase III trial studies the side effects of inotuzumab ozogamicin and how well it works when given with frontline chemotherapy in treating patients with newly diagnosed B acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Monoclonal antibodies, such as inotuzumab ozogamicin, may block cancer growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or... Read More

A Prospective, Non-interventional, Multinational, Observational Study With Isatuximab in Patients With Relapsed and/or Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM)
Active Not Recruiting
Primary Objective:
To assess the effectiveness, in terms of overall response rate (ORR) of isatuximab patients with RRMM in routine clinical practice, within 12 months
To assess other effectiveness parameters such as progression free survival (PFS), PFS rate (PFSR), duration of response (DoR), time to response, time and intent to first subsequent therapy, rate of very good partial response or better, rate of complete response (CR) or better of isatuximab patients with RRMM in routine clinical... Testing the Use of Steroids and Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors With Blinatumomab or Chemotherapy for Newly Diagnosed BCR-ABL-Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Adults
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of usual treatment of chemotherapy and steroids and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) to the same treatment plus blinatumomab. Blinatumomab is a Bi-specific T-Cell Engager ('BiTE') that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. The information gained from this study may help researchers determine if combination therapy with steroids, TKIs, and blinatumomab work better than the standard of care.

Inotuzumab Ozogamicin and Post-Induction Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With High-Risk B-ALL, Mixed Phenotype Acute Leukemia, and B-LLy
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies whether inotuzumab ozogamicin added to post-induction chemotherapy for patients with High-Risk B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) improves outcomes. This trial also studies the outcomes of patients with mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL), and B-lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LLy) when treated with ALL therapy without inotuzumab ozogamicin. Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a type of chemotherapy called calicheamicin.... Read More

Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of mezigdomide (CC-92480), bortezomib and dexamethasone (MeziVd) versus pomalidomide, bortezomib and dexamethasone (PVd) in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who received between 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy and who have had prior lenalidomide exposure.

Comparing Combinations of Drugs to Treat Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma (NDMM) When a Stem Cell Transplant is Not a Medically Suitable Treatment
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares three-drug induction regimens followed by double-or single-drug maintenance therapy for the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma in patients who are not receiving a stem cell transplant and are considered frail or intermediate-fit based on age, comorbidities, and functional status. Treatment for multiple myeloma includes initial treatment (induction) which is the first treatment a patient receives for cancer followed by ongoing treatment (maintenance) which... Read More

S1211 Bortezomib, Dexamethasone, and Lenalidomide With or Without Elotuzumab in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed High-Risk Multiple Myeloma
Active Not Recruiting
This partially randomized phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of elotuzumab and to see how well it works when given together with lenalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone in treating patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma that is likely to recur (come back), or spread (high-risk). Lenalidomide and bortezomib may stop the growth of multiple myeloma by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Also, bortezomib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzyme... Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone With or Without Thalidomide in Treating Patients With Multiple Myeloma
Active Not Recruiting
This randomized phase III trial studies lenalidomide and low-dose dexamethasone to see how well it works compared to lenalidomide and standard-dose dexamethasone, given with or without thalidomide, in treating patients with multiple myeloma. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Lenalidomide and thalidomide may also stop the growth of multiple myeloma by blocking blood flow to the cancer. Drugs used in ch... Read More
