Perivenous Dexamethasone Therapy: Examining Reduction of Inflammation After Thrombus Removal to Yield Benefit in Acute Femoropopliteal DVT
Recruiting
This is a study of a medical procedure that utilizes a commercially available catheter (the Bullfrog® Micro-Infusion Device) to locally deliver a commercially available anti-inflammatory drug (dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection) around the deep veins after DVT recanalization, where DVT symptoms were present for up to 14 days prior to recanalization. The goal of the study is to see if local anti-inflammation helps prevent re-thrombosis of the blood vessel and improvement in symptoms for up... Read More

Temsirolimus Alone or Paired With Dexamethasone Delivered to the Adventitia to eNhance Clinical Efficacy After Femoropopliteal Revascularization
Terminated
This is a prospective, multi-center, pilot feasibility study to document the effects of adventitial delivery of temsirolimus or temsirolimus with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection, USP, after revascularization of femoropopliteal lesions in symptomatic patients with moderate to severe claudication (Rutherford 2-3) or critical limb ischemia (CLI) with rest pain (Rutherford 4). Subjects will be followed for up to 60 months post index procedure.

Testing the Use of Combination Immunotherapy Treatment (N-803 [ALT-803] Plus Pembrolizumab) Against the Usual Treatment for Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (A Lung-MAP Treatment Trial)
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II/III Lung-MAP trial studies how well immunotherapy treatment with N-803 (ALT-803) and pembrolizumab working in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Natural killer cells, part of our immune system, are always on alert and ready to defend our bodies from many kinds of infection or rogue cells, such as those that cause cancer. N-803 (ALT-803) may activate natural killer cells so that they can stimulate an immune respo... Read More

Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone With or Without Ixazomib in Treating Patients With Relapsed Multiple Myeloma
Active Not Recruiting
This randomized phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of pomalidomide and ixazomib when given together with dexamethasone and to see how well pomalidomide and dexamethasone with or without ixazomib works in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has come back. Biological therapies, such as pomalidomide and dexamethasone, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Ixazomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of th... Read More

Effectiveness of Adventitial Dexamethasone in Peripheral Artery Disease
Completed
To assess the safety and effectiveness of adventitial deposition of the Study Drug in reducing inflammation and restenosis in patients with clinical evidence of claudication or critical limb ischemia and an angiographically significant lesion in the superficial femoral and/or popliteal arteries. Study Drug and Dose: Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection, USP, 4 mg/ml, with dilute contrast (17%) administered to the adventitia in a dose of 1.6 mg per cm of desired vessel treatment length.
