Risk-Adapted Chemotherapy in Treating Younger Patients With Newly Diagnosed Standard-Risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or Localized B-Lineage Lymphoblastic Lymphoma
Active Not Recruiting
This partially randomized phase III trial studies the side effects of different combinations of risk-adapted chemotherapy regimens and how well they work in treating younger patients with newly diagnosed standard-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia or B-lineage lymphoblastic lymphoma that is found only in the tissue or organ where it began (localized). Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing,... Read More

Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Safety Profile of Understudied Drugs Administered to Children Per Standard of Care (POPS)
Recruiting
The study investigators are interested in learning more about how drugs, that are given to children by their health care provider, act in the bodies of children and young adults in hopes to find the most safe and effective dose for children. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the PK of understudied drugs currently being administered to children per SOC as prescribed by their treating provider.

Daratumumab, Bortezomib, and Dexamethasone Followed by Daratumumab, Ixazomib, and Dexamethasone in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone followed by daratumumab, ixazomib, and dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has come back (relapsed) or does not response to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as dexamethasone, work in d... Read More

Completed
This pilot phase II trial studies the side effects of azacitidine and combination chemotherapy in infants with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and KMT2A gene rearrangement. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as methotrexate, prednisolone, daunorubicin hydrochloride, cytarabine, dexamethasone, vincristine sulfate, pegaspargase, hydrocortisone sodium succinate, azacitidine, cyclophosphamide, mercaptopurine, leucovorin calcium, and thioguanine work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, e... A Study to Evaluate Subcutaneous TAK-079 Added to Standard of Care Regimens in Participants With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma (NDMM)
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this original study is to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TAK-079 when administered to participants with NDMM in combination with the backbone treatment regimen. The purpose of the safety/access cohort is to provide continued access to TAK-079 to participants previously enrolled to a TAK-079 parent study and to evaluate the long-term safety profile of TAK-079.

Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Young Patients With Newly Diagnosed T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or T-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma
Active Not Recruiting
This randomized phase III trial is studying different combination chemotherapy regimens and their side effects and comparing how well they work in treating young patients with newly diagnosed T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more cancer cells. It is no... Read More

Study Comparing Daratumumab, Lenalidomide, Bortezomib, and Dexamethasone (D-RVd) Versus Lenalidomide, Bortezomib, and Dexamethasone (RVd) in Subjects With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma
Completed
The purpose of this study is to determine if the addition of daratumumab to lenalidomide-bortezomib-dexamethasone (RVd) will increase the proportion of participants achieving stringent complete response (sCR), as defined by the International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) criteria, by the time of completion of post autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) consolidation treatment, compared with RVd alone.

This phase II trial studies how well combination chemotherapy and dasatinib works in treating participants with Philadelphia-positive or B-cell receptor-ABL positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin, dexamethasone, methotrexate, and cytarabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. A Study of Modakafusp Alfa on Adult Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Completed
The main aims of this 3-part study are as follows:
Part 1: To determine any side effects from modakafusp alfa single treatment and how often they occur. The dose of modakafusp alfa will be increased a little at a time until the highest dose that does not cause harmful side effects is found.
Part 2: To assess clinical activity of one or more dosing schedules of modakafusp alfa alone in participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Dexamethasone standard dose will be administered with... Read More

Randomized Trial of Lenalidomide, Bortezomib, Dexamethasone vs High-Dose Treatment With SCT in MM Patients up to Age 65
Active Not Recruiting
In this research study, we are looking to explore the drug combination, lenalidomide, bortezomib and dexamethasone alone or when combined with autologous stem cell transplantation to see what side effects it may have and how well it works for treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. Specifically, the objective of this trial is to determine if, in the era of novel drugs, high dose therapy (HDT) is still necessary in the initial management of multiple myeloma in younger patients. In this stu... Read More
