Blinatumomab and Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Therapy in People With Philadelphia Chromosome-Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test whether blinatumomab in combination with TKI therapy (such as dasatinib) is an effective treatment for people with Ph+ ALL. Researchers want to improve the response to standard-of-care treatment of corticosteroids + TKI therapy by adding the study drug, blinatumomab.

A Phase 2 Study of Ruxolitinib With Chemotherapy in Children With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Active Not Recruiting
This is a nonrandomized study of ruxolitinib in combination with a standard multi-agent chemotherapy regimen for the treatment of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Part 1 of the study will optimize the dose of study drug (ruxolitinib) in combination with the chemotherapy regimen. Part 2 will evaluate the efficacy of combination chemotherapy and ruxolitinib at the recommended dose determined in Part 1.

Sterile Amniotic Fluid Filtrate Epidural Injection.
Active Not Recruiting
There is a large population of patients with lumbosacral radicular pain due to spinal stenosis who do not respond to physical therapy or oral medication management, yet wish to avoid spinal surgery or are simply not candidates due to medical co-morbidity. Given the natural history of lumbar spinal stenosis, these patients typically suffer from chronic pain and disability. Currently, the typical treatment for this population is serial corticosteroid injection. The efficacy of the treatment specif... Read More

Dexamethasone in Controlling Dyspnea in Patients With Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well dexamethasone works in controlling dyspnea in patients with cancer. Dexamethasone may help control dyspnea (shortness of breath) and improve lung function and quality of life in cancer patients.

Daratumumab, Ixazomib, and Dexamethasone in AL Amyloidosis
Active Not Recruiting
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of daratumumab, ixazomib, and dexamethasone in treating participants with amyloid light chain amyloidosis. Monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as ixazomib and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving... Read More

Bendamustine Hydrochloride, Bortezomib, and Dexamethasone in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma
Completed
This phase II trial studies side effects and how well bendamustine hydrochloride, bortezomib, and dexamethasone work in treating patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bendamustine hydrochloride and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed... Read More

This phase I trial will evaluate the safety, side effects, and best dose of talquetamab in combination with iberdomide and dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). There is currently a significant unmet need for patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who are triple class refractory and have been exposed to B-cell maturation antibody (BCMA) tar...
