ON 123300 (Narazaciclib) and Dexamethasone in Patients With Relapsed and/or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Recruiting
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignancy characterized by uncontrolled proliferation of plasma cells for which there is an urgent and unmet need to develop new, effective therapeutics. Onconova Therapeutics has developed a first-in-class oral inhibitor of CDK4 and ARK5 ON 123300 (NARAZACICLIB) which shows potent anti-myeloma activity in vitro and in vivo in preclinical models, and is undergoing evaluation in Phase 1-2 trials worldwide.
In this study, the researchers will test the safety and prelim... Read More

Evaluation of Efficacy and Safety of Belantamab Mafodotin, Bortezomib and Dexamethasone Versus Daratumumab, Bortezomib and Dexamethasone in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Active Not Recruiting
This is a Phase 3, randomized, open-label study designed to evaluate safety and efficacy of belantamab mafodotin in combination with bortezomib/dexamethasone (Arm A) versus daratumumab in combination with bortezomib/dexamethasone (Arm B) in the participants with relapsed recurrent multiple myeloma.

A Study to Investigate LP-118, Ponatinib, Vincristine and Dexamethasone in Relapsed/Refractory Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) or Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (LBL)
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to learn more about LP-118 (an experimental drug) and its side effects and decide on acceptable doses. The purpose of this study is to determine if LP-118 can be given safely with another medicine called ponatinib, that is FDA-approved for the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Selinexor, Daratumumab, Carfilzomib and Dexamethasone for the Treatment of High-Risk, Recurrent or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effect of selinexor when combined with carfilzomib, daratumumab, and dexamethasone in treating patients with high-risk multiple myeloma that has come back (recurrent) or has not responded to treatment (refractory) and who have received 1-3 prior lines of therapy. Selinexor may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking a protein called CRM1 that is needed for cell growth. Carfilzomib is a type of drug called a proteasome inhibitor. A proteasome is a protein found... Read More

Ridge Preservation With FDBA (Freeze Dried Bone Allograft) Using Dexamethasone vs. Saline
Recruiting
Following the removal of a tooth, a bone graft is often placed in the socket to try to maintain the volume of bone that was there when the tooth was present so that the bone does not "shrink". The bone graft is kept in place with a small piece of material over the top of the tooth socket and with stitches. This procedure is called "Ridge Preservation". Many different materials are used for ridge preservation, including bone allografts (bone grafts derived from a human tissue donor). These bone a... Read More

Low Dose Versus Standard Dose Dexamethasone for Reduction of Swelling in Patients with Primary or Metastatic Brain Tumors
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies whether low dose dexamethasone works as well as standard dose dexamethasone to reduce brain swelling after brain surgery in patients with primary brain tumors or cancer that has spread from other places in the body to the brain (metastatic). Surgery is an important part of the treatment of brain tumors; however, it results in injury to surrounding brain tissue, leading to brain swelling. Dexamethasone is effective for controlling the swelling of the brain; however, de... Read More

Phase II Study of IRD (Ixazomib, Lenalidomide, Dexamethasone) Post Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation Followed by Maintenance Ixazomib or Lenalidomide for Multiple Myeloma
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate a treatment regimen called IRD which will be given to participants after their stem cell transplant in an effort to help prolong the amount of time the participants are disease-free after transplant. IRD is a three-drug regimen consisting of ixazomib, lenalidomide (also called Revlimid), and dexamethasone. After 4 cycles of IRD, the participants will be randomized to receive maintenance therapy either with ixazomib or lenalidomide.

Dexamethasone and Azeliragon for Management of Post-Resection Cerebral Edema in Patients with Glioblastoma
Withdrawn
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of dexamethasone when given with azeliragon in managing cerebral edema after surgery (post-resection) in patients with glioblastoma. Cerebral edema is a pathological increase in the water mass contained within the brain interstitial space. Dexamethasone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. Az... Read More
