A Study of Ixazomib, Given With Dexamethasone in Adults With Multiple Myeloma
Completed
The main aim of this study is to learn if ixazomib, given with dexamethasone, stops the cancer from getting worse in people with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. It will be compared to another medicine called pomalidomide, given with dexamethasone with people with the same condition. Relapsed means the previous cancer treatment stopped working, over time. Refractory means they did not respond to previous cancer treatment. Another aim is to check for side effects from the study medicines.... Read More

A Study of Melphalan Flufenamide (Melflufen) Plus Dexamethasone in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Completed
This study will evaluate melflufen in combination with dexamethasone in adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma in whose disease is refractory to pomalidomide and/or an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody. All patients in the study will be treated with melflufen on Day 1 and dexamethasone on Days 1, 8, 15 and 22 of each 28-day cycle.

A Safety and Efficacy Study of Ibrutinib in Pediatric and Young Adult Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Mature B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Terminated
The purpose of this study is to confirm that the pharmacokinetics of ibrutinib in pediatric participants is consistent with that in adults (part 1) and to assess efficacy (event-free survival \[EFS\]) of ibrutinib in combination with rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide (RICE) or rituximab, vincristine, ifosfamide, carboplatin, and idarubicin (RVICI) background therapy compared to RICE or RVICI background therapy alone (part 2).

Low-Intensity Chemotherapy and Blinatumomab in Treating Patients With Philadelphia Chromosome Negative Relapsed or Refractory Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Terminated
This phase II trial studies how well low-intensity chemotherapy and blinatumomab work in treating patients with Philadelphia chromosome negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as dexamethasone, filgrastim, pegfilgrastim, cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, cytarabine and vincristine sulfate, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by st...
