The purpose of this study is to collect long-term safety, tolerability, effectiveness and health outcomes data in eligible subjects who have participated in a Novartis ofatumumab clinical MS study. Vaccination sub-study The purpose of this research sub-study is to find out the effects of ofatumumab on the development of antibody responses to selected vaccines and keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) neo-antigen in subjects with relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS). This phase II trial studies how well nab-paclitaxel, durvalumab, and tremelimumab with or without personalized synthetic long peptide vaccine (neoantigen vaccine) works in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab and tremelimumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Vaccines made from peptides may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether giving nab-paclitaxel, durvalumab, and tremelimumab with or without neoantigen vaccine will work better in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer. Read Less

This is a global Phase 3 study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational study drug (called PF-06651600) in adults and adolescents (12 years and older) who have alopecia areata. Eligible patients from the prior studies B7931005 (NCT02974868) and B7981015 (NCT03732807) will have an opportunity to enroll as well as patients who have not previously participated in either of these studies. The study is open-label and all patients entering the study will receive active study drug. A sub-study of approximately 60 adult patients who are participating in the B7981032 study will be conducted at select sites in the US, Australia and Canada. This phase IIb trial tests whether Tri-Ad5 in combination with N-803 works to prevent colon and other cancers in participants with Lynch syndrome. Each of the three injections in Tri-Ad5 vaccine contain a different substance that is in precancer and cancer cells. Injecting these substances may cause the immune system to develop a defense against cancer that recognizes and destroys any precancer and cancer cells that produce these proteins in the future. N-803 may increase immune responses to other vaccines. Giving Tri-Ad5 in combination with immune enhancing N-803 may lower the chance of developing colon and other cancers in participants with Lynch syndrome. Read Less

This randomized phase III trial studies Tokyo-172 strain bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) solution with or without a vaccination using Tokyo-172 strain BCG to see how well it works compared with TICE BCG solution in treating patients with bladder cancer that has not spread to muscle. BCG is a non-infectious bacteria that when instilled into the bladder may stimulate the immune system to fight bladder cancer. This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis \[Tdap\]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe AD treated with amlitelimab versus placebo. The study will evaluate the percentage of participants achieving a positive anti-tetanus response at Week 16 (primary endpoint) and a positive anti-pneumococcal response at Week 16 (key secondary endpoint). The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a human metapneumovirus (hMPV) / respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) mRNA vaccine candidate encapsulated in a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) based formulation (hereafter referred to as hMPV/RSV vaccine) for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by hMPV and/or RSV among adults aged 60 years and older. Overall, the study is designed to address the following goals: * Assess the safety profile of the candidate formulations. * Describe the immunogenicity profile of the candidate formulations. * Select the vaccine formulations (dose) for future development. * Assess the safety and immunogenicity of a booster vaccination of the selected formulation administered 12 months after the primary vaccination in a subset of the study population. In this study, we will examine in a randomized trial whether earlier initiation of the vaccine at age 9-10 years will result in less parental refusal and higher rates of full vaccination at younger ages, before early sexual activity begins. The purpose of this trial is to test if treatment with the trial drug, tralokinumab, can affect the body's immune response to vaccines. The trial will also evaluate the efficacy of tralokinumab when it is given concomitantly with vaccines. The trial includes a screening period of 2 to 6 weeks, a treatment period of 16 weeks (Weeks 0 to 16), and a 14-week off-treatment follow-up period for the assessment of safety (Weeks 16 to 30).
