Vaccine Responses in Tralokinumab-Treated Atopic Dermatitis - ECZTRA 5 (ECZema TRAlokinumab Trial No. 5)
Completed
The purpose of this trial is to test if treatment with the trial drug, tralokinumab, can affect the body's immune response to vaccines. The trial will also evaluate the efficacy of tralokinumab when it is given concomitantly with vaccines. The trial includes a screening period of 2 to 6 weeks, a treatment period of 16 weeks (Weeks 0 to 16), and a 14-week off-treatment follow-up period for the assessment of safety (Weeks 16 to 30). Eligible subjects may transfer to an open-label, long-term trial... Read More

Vaccination Response in Tecfidera-Treated Versus Interferon-Treated Participants With Relapsing Forms of Multiple Sclerosis.
Completed
Primary objective is to evaluate the immune response to vaccination with tetanus diphtheria toxoids vaccine (Td) in participants with relapsing forms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who have been treated with Tecfidera (BG00012) versus those treated with non pegylated interferon (IFN). Secondary objective is to evaluate the immune response to vaccination with 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (PPSV23) \[a mostly T cell-independent humoral response\] and meningococcal polysaccharide dipht... Safety, Reactogenicity and Immunogenicity of Flublok Quadrivalent (Recombinant Influenza Vaccine,Seasonal Formulation)
Completed
Flublok was studied previously in children 6 -59 months of age and demonstrated less than satisfactory immunogenicity results, especially in the 6-36 month age group. Thus, the initial introduction of Flublok Quadrivalent Formulation (RIV4) into the pediatric population will evaluate immunogenicity and safety older children and adolescents, aged 6-17. This clinical trial is designed to demonstrate safety and non-inferior immunogenicity of Flublok-Q in pediatric subjects 6-17 years of age as comp... Read More

Vaccine Therapy Plus Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer That Has Been Completely Removed in Surgery
Completed
RATIONALE: Vaccines may make the body build an immune response to kill tumor cells. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Combining these two treatments may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combining vaccine therapy with radiation therapy in treating patients who have stage II or stage IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been completely removed in surgery.
