This study is a Phase 3, randomized, modified double-blind study which aims to document the safety profile of the PCV21 vaccine (investigational pneumococcal vaccine) compared to a licensed 20-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine in infants aged from approximately 2 months (42 to 89 days). The study duration per participant will be up to approximately 19 months. The study vaccines (either PCV21 or 20vPCV) will be administered at approximately 2, 4, 6 and 12 to 15 months of age. Routine pediatric vaccines will be given as per local recommendations. There will be 6 study visits: Visit (V)01, V02 separated from V01 by 60 days, V03 separated from V02 by 60 days, V04 separated from V03 by 30 days, V05 at 12 months of age until 15 months of age, V06 separated from V05 by 30 days. This phase II trial studies how well nab-paclitaxel, durvalumab, and tremelimumab with or without personalized synthetic long peptide vaccine (neoantigen vaccine) works in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab and tremelimumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Vaccines made from peptides may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether giving nab-paclitaxel, durvalumab, and tremelimumab with or without neoantigen vaccine will work better in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer. Read Less

This phase IIa trial studies how well dendritic cell vaccines against Her2/Her3 and pembrolizumab work for the treatment of triple negative breast cancer or HER2+ breast cancer or HER+ Breast cancer that has spread to the brain (brain metastasis). Dendritic cell vaccines work by boosting the immune system (a system in the body that protect against infection) to recognize and destroy the cancer cells. . Pembrolizumab is an "immune checkpoint inhibitor" which is designed to either "unleash" or "enhance" the cancer immune responses that already exist by either blocking inhibitory molecules" or by activating stimulatory molecules. The purpose of this study is to learn about how the flu and COVID vaccines act when given alone or when mixed together. This study is seeking healthy participants aged 18 or older. All participants in this study will receive only 1 shot to their arm, either a flu or COVID vaccine, alone or mixed. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of vYF (investigational vaccine) compared to the safety of YF-VAX (YF licensed vaccine) in adults aged 18 years up to 60 years. The primary objective of the study is to determine the relative efficacy of the investigational oral severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2) vaccine tablet VXA-CoV2-3.3 compared to a currently recommended vaccine for the prevention of symptomatic Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). In order to represent a more recently circulating SARS-CoV-2 variant, the main study endpoints will now evaluate the VXA-CoV2-3.3 (KP.2 strain) vaccine, and not the VXA-CoV2-3.1 (XBB.1.5 strain) vaccine. Currently, abuse of prescription opioid analgesics and heroin is a serious problem in the U.S. Although several medications, including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone, are available and effective in treating opioid use disorder (OUD), long-term relapse rates remain high. The current study is designed to examine a new approach to treating OUD, namely use of a vaccine targeted against oxycodone \[Oxy(Gly)4-sKLH\], one of the most commonly abused prescription opioids. The vaccination approach to treating substance use disorders relies on the ability of the vaccine to produce antibodies that bind the target drug in blood and reduce its ability to enter the brain. The long-term goal of this research will be to develop a combined vaccine against oxycodone and heroin. However, in this trial the Oxy(Gly)4-sKLH vaccine will be studied separately. This is a multi-site study, being conducted at the New York State Psychiatric Institute and the Clinilabs clinical research unit (CRU) in Eatontown, New Jersey. The current study proposes to evaluate safety (Aim 1), degree of antibody production (Aim 2), and efficacy (i.e., ability to reduced drug liking following opioid administration) (Aim 3). The oxycodone vaccine (Oxy(Gly)4-sKLH) will be tested in participants with OUD (target # completers = 45 across two study sites). This study will provide a great deal of information about the safety and potential effectiveness of the Oxy(Gly)4-sKLH vaccine in reducing the abuse of opioids. This early phase I trial studies the side effects of a vaccine called CIMAvax-EGF and to see how well it works in preventing lung cancer from developing in patients at high risk for lung cancer or coming back (recurrence) in stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer survivors. In many cancers such as lung cancer, there is a protein receptor called EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) that is overexpressed within these cancers. Activation of EGFR has shown to lead to tumor growth and development. Previous studies have indicated that EGFR activation is present in the airways of cancer-free subjects as well. CIMAvax-EGF vaccine works by causing the body to make antibodies against EGF that is being produced that could be possibly driving the risk for developing cancer. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety of a new pneumococcal vaccine and how the new pneumococcal vaccine helps to fight against germs in infants when compared to the pneumococcal vaccines that are currently in use, 20vPnC (Prevnar 20®) or another licensed pneumococcal vaccine. To ensure that the new vaccine (PG4) stays stable, it is placed in a liquid mixture of sterile water and other substances (a solution). This study will also test if there is a difference in the safety and immune effects of the new pneumococcal vaccine when it is one type of solution compared to when it is in a different type of solution. The immune response is how the body's cells; tissues and organs work together to protect the body from infection. Blood samples will be used to measure the amount of antibodies produced after the vaccination. Antibodies are proteins that protect you when an unwanted germ enters the body. This will help understand how well the new pneumococcal vaccine works. This vaccine can possibly provide protection against pneumococcal disease. Pneumococcal disease includes a variety of infections caused by a specific germ, Streptococcus pneumoniae. This study is seeking participants who are: * male or female infants who are 2 months of age, * infants born at 36 weeks (about 8 and a half months) of pregnancy or later; and, * said to be healthy by the study doctor There are four groups in this study. All participants will be assigned to one of the four groups. All study vaccines will be given as a single shot into the left thigh muscle. Participants in the three groups will have 3 blood samples collected during the 1 and a half years they are in the study. The first 400 participants who enter the study will be assigned to either Group 1 or Group 2. Half the participants in Group 1 and half the participants in Group 2 will receive 4 doses at 2, 4, 6, and 12 to 15 months of age of PG4 mixed in the first solution. The other half of the participants in Groups 1 and 2 will receive 4 doses of 20vPnC (Prevnar 20®) at 2, 4, 6, and 12 to 15 months of age. The main difference between Groups 1 and 2 is that participants in Group 2 will have the first blood sample collected at an earlier time than those in Group 1. Once 400 participants have been assigned to Groups 1 and 2 then 100 new participants will be assigned to Group 3. Half the participants in Group 3 will receive PG4 in the second solution at 2, 4, 6, and 12 to 15 months of age. The other half of the participants in Groups 3 will receive 4 doses of 20vPnC (Prevnar 20®) at 2, 4, 6, and 12 to 15 months of age. Once the 100 participants have been assigned to Group 3 then 300 new participants will be assigned to Group 4. Half the participants in Group 4 will receive PG4 in the first solution at 2, 4, 6, and 12 to 15 months of age. The other half of the participants in Group 4 will receive 4 doses of a licensed pneumococcal comparator vaccine at 2, 4, 6, and 12 to 15 months of age. Participants will take part in this study for about 16 to 19 months (about 1 and a half years). During this time, participants will have 6 study clinic visits and 1 to 2 phone calls. This phase 2 trial studies the immune response to GEO-CM04S1 (previously designated as COH04S1) compared to standard of care (SOC) mRNA SARS-COV-2 vaccine in patients with blood cancer who have received stem cell transplant or cellular therapy. GEO-CM04S1 belongs to a category called modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) vaccines, created from a new version of MVA, called synthetic MVA. GEO-CM04S1 works by inducing immunity (the ability to recognize and fight against an infection) to SARS-CoV-2. The immune system is stimulated to produce antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 that would block the virus from entering healthy cells. The immune system also grows new disease fighting T cells that can recognize and destroy infected cells. Giving GEO-CM04S1 after cellular therapy may work better in reducing the chances of contracting coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) or developing a severe form of COVID-19 disease in patients with blood cancer compared to SOC mRNA SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.
