Vaccine Responses in Tralokinumab-Treated Atopic Dermatitis - ECZTRA 5 (ECZema TRAlokinumab Trial No. 5)
Completed
The purpose of this trial is to test if treatment with the trial drug, tralokinumab, can affect the body's immune response to vaccines. The trial will also evaluate the efficacy of tralokinumab when it is given concomitantly with vaccines. The trial includes a screening period of 2 to 6 weeks, a treatment period of 16 weeks (Weeks 0 to 16), and a 14-week off-treatment follow-up period for the assessment of safety (Weeks 16 to 30). Eligible subjects may transfer to an open-label, long-term trial... Read More

Study of Recombinant Protein Vaccines With Adjuvant as a Primary Series and as a Booster Dose Against COVID-19 in Adults 18 Years of Age and Older
Completed
The primary objectives of the study are: To assess the safety profile of the study vaccines in each study intervention group. To assess the neutralizing antibody profile after primary series vaccination in SARS-CoV-2-naïve adults. To demonstrate that a booster dose of monovalent or bivalent SARS-CoV-2 vaccine given to adults previously vaccinated with an authorized/approved COVID-19 vaccine induces an immune response that is non-inferior to the response induced by a twodose priming series wit... Understanding Poor Vaccine Responses to Hepatitis B Vaccination
Recruiting
Vaccines have prevented countless infections but poor vaccine responses remain a major challenge in many scenarios. Hepatitis B vaccine nonresponses are common but immunologically not well-understood. This study aims to study the immunology of hepatitis B vaccine responses by comparing traditional HBV vaccine, which is associated with nonresponses in some patients, to CpG-adjuvanted HBV vaccine, which is associated with far fewer rates of nonresponses. This research will build upon prior studie... Read More

A Study of Safety and Immune Response to Different Doses of a Cytomegalovirus Vaccine in Healthy Adults
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, reactogenicity and immunogenicity of the candidate CMV recombinant protein subunit (CMVsu) vaccine consisting of a combination of glycoproteins B (gB) and pentamer antigens adjuvanted, regardless of baseline CMV sero-status. This FTiH study will be conducted in healthy adults 18 to 50 years of age, in which the 4 dose levels of the vaccine will be administered in a step-wise dose escalation manner, based upon safety adjudication.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of a Combined Modified RNA Vaccine Candidate Against COVID-19 and Influenza.
Completed
The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effects of a combined influenza and COVID-19 vaccine. This combined vaccine is compared to separate vaccines for the protection against influenza and SARS-CoV-2. Influenza and COVID-19 are diseases that can spread easily from one person to another and cause body aches, fever, cough, and other symptoms. Giving both influenza and COVID-19 vaccines together against influenza and SARS-CoV-2 could provide great benefits to both patients and ca... Read More

To Understand the Safety and Effects of a C. Difficile Vaccine With New Adds-Ons That Will Be Given to Healthy Adults
Active Not Recruiting
An antibody is a substance your body makes to fight off infection. This study will explore the safety and antibody response of a vaccine to prevent severe diarrhea caused by a germ called Clostridoides difficile (C. diff). Three new formulations of the C. diff vaccine will be used in this study, in addition to a C. diff vaccine formulation that has been studied in previous clinical trials. The purpose of this study is to understand if giving the new C. diff vaccine formulations helps people mak... Read More

A Study to Learn About How Trumenba Vaccine Shots Work Against Gonorrhea Infection in Teenagers and Young Adults in the United States.
Completed
Brief Summary: The main purpose of the study is to learn about how well Trumenba vaccine shot works against gonorrhea infection. This study looks at data records from a database in the United States. This study includes patient's data from the database who: * Are 15-30 years old. * Have received at least one dose of Trumenba and a MenACWY vaccine or who have received only MenACWY vaccine. Prospective Trial of Vaccine Responses in Childhood Cancer Survivors
Active Not Recruiting
This study will look at your body's response to the new immunizations. We want to see how well they will protect you. Immunization is the same as vaccination. Our goal is to protect you as much as we can. We do not want you to have the measles, mumps, or whooping cough. We are doing the study because there is no standard way to re-immunize people after cancer treatments.
