This study is a prospective, randomized clinical trial. During this study, pregnant women will be randomly assigned to receive IIV and mRNA COVID-19 vaccine either simultaneously or sequentially (7-14 days apart). All participants will receive an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine at Visit 1 (Day 1). Solicited local and systemic symptoms of reactogenicity will be assessed on day of visit for Visits 1 and 2 and daily during the 6 days following each visit using either electronic or paper symptoms diaries, depending on study participant preference. Serious adverse events (SAE) and adverse events of special interest (AESI) will be collected throughout the duration of the study. Pregnant women will be followed through delivery with comprehensive obstetric and infant outcomes obtained from medical record review for 90 days post-delivery. Maternal serum samples will be collected for antibody titers relevant to Influenza and COVID-19 prior to vaccination, at Day 29 (both groups), as well as Days 36-43 if in sequential group. When feasible, maternal blood at delivery and cord blood serum will be analyzed for serological analyses of placental influenza and COVID-19 antibody transfer (cord blood: maternal antibody ratio) will be determined. This phase IIb trial tests whether Tri-Ad5 in combination with N-803 works to prevent colon and other cancers in participants with Lynch syndrome. Each of the three injections in Tri-Ad5 vaccine contain a different substance that is in precancer and cancer cells. Injecting these substances may cause the immune system to develop a defense against cancer that recognizes and destroys any precancer and cancer cells that produce these proteins in the future. N-803 may increase immune responses to other vaccines. Giving Tri-Ad5 in combination with immune enhancing N-803 may lower the chance of developing colon and other cancers in participants with Lynch syndrome. Read Less

This study is a Phase 3, randomized, modified double-blind study which aims to measure whether PCV21 vaccine (investigational pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) is safe and can help the body to develop germ-fighting agents called "antibodies" (immunogenicity) compared with 20-valent pneumococcal vaccine (Prevnar 20, licensed pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) when they are administered with routine pediatric vaccines in infants aged from approximately 2 months (42 to 89 days). The study duration per participant will be up to approximately 19 months. The study vaccines (either PCV21 or 20-valent pneumococcal vaccines) will be administered at approximately 2, 4, 6 and 12 to 15 months of age. This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis \[Tdap\]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe AD treated with amlitelimab versus placebo. The study will evaluate the percentage of participants achieving a positive anti-tetanus response at Week 16 (primary endpoint) and a positive anti-pneumococcal response at Week 16 (key secondary endpoint). This study is a large-scale investigation (Phase 3) into a new booster shot designed specifically for teenagers. The booster targets a particular variant of COVID-19, Omicron XBB.1.5. The main focus is on safety: researchers want to see if this new booster is safe for teenagers who have already received two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. To ensure a fair comparison, the study will use a double-blind approach. This means two groups of teenagers will receive booster shots, but neither the teenagers nor the researchers giving the shots will know beforehand which version of the booster each person gets. The purpose of this study is to learn about how the flu and COVID vaccines act when given alone or when mixed together. This study is seeking healthy participants aged 18 or older. All participants in this study will receive only 1 shot to their arm, either a flu or COVID vaccine, alone or mixed. The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a human metapneumovirus (hMPV) / respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) mRNA vaccine candidate encapsulated in a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) based formulation (hereafter referred to as hMPV/RSV vaccine) for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by hMPV and/or RSV among adults aged 60 years and older. Overall, the study is designed to address the following goals: * Assess the safety profile of the candidate formulations. * Describe the immunogenicity profile of the candidate formulations. * Select the vaccine formulations (dose) for future development. * Assess the safety and immunogenicity of a booster vaccination of the selected formulation administered 12 months after the primary vaccination in a subset of the study population.
