The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a human metapneumovirus (hMPV) / respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) mRNA vaccine candidate encapsulated in a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) based formulation (hereafter referred to as hMPV/RSV vaccine) for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by hMPV and/or RSV among adults aged 60 years and older. Overall, the study is designed to address the following goals: * Assess the safety profile of the candidate formulations. * Describe the immunogenicity profile of the candidate formulations. * Select the vaccine formulations (dose) for future development. * Assess the safety and immunogenicity of a booster vaccination of the selected formulation administered 12 months after the primary vaccination in a subset of the study population. The study duration is as follows: -Six months each for the Sentinel and Main Cohorts; up to 12 months for the Expansion Cohort, and 12 additional months for the Booster Cohort Treatment duration: * Stage 1 Sentinel Cohort: 1 intra-muscular (IM) injection. Participants will be followed for 6 months post vaccination * Stage 1 Main Cohort: 1 IM injection. Participants will be followed for 6 months post vaccination * Stage 2 Expansion Cohort: 1 IM injection. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, reactogenicity and immune response of the candidate CMV recombinant protein subunit (CMVsu) vaccine consisting of a combination of glycoproteins B (gB) and pentamer antigens adjuvanted, regardless of baseline CMV sero-status. This phase II trial tests whether CD105/Yb-1/SOX2/CDH3/MDM2-polyepitope plasmid DNA vaccine (STEMVAC) works to shrink tumors in patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. STEMVAC targets specific immunogenic proteins that help lung cancer cells to grow. STEMVAC is made up of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), which is a natural substance in every living organism. DNA acts like a blueprint that tells all the cells in your body how to function. The DNA used in this study contains instructions for your body to produce parts of the 5 proteins the investigators identified (CDH3, CD105, YB-1, MDM2 and SOX2). STEMVAC is given with granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) which is being used as an adjuvant to help create a stronger immune response. Giving STEMVAC with GM-CSF to patients while on maintenance therapy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) may help activate certain immune cells to recognize and kill lung cancer cells. Read Less

This randomized phase III trial studies Tokyo-172 strain bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) solution with or without a vaccination using Tokyo-172 strain BCG to see how well it works compared with TICE BCG solution in treating patients with bladder cancer that has not spread to muscle. BCG is a non-infectious bacteria that when instilled into the bladder may stimulate the immune system to fight bladder cancer. This phase 2 trial studies the immune response to GEO-CM04S1 (previously designated as COH04S1) compared to standard of care (SOC) mRNA SARS-COV-2 vaccine in patients with blood cancer who have received stem cell transplant or cellular therapy. GEO-CM04S1 belongs to a category called modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) vaccines, created from a new version of MVA, called synthetic MVA. GEO-CM04S1 works by inducing immunity (the ability to recognize and fight against an infection) to SARS-CoV-2. The immune system is stimulated to produce antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 that would block the virus from entering healthy cells. The immune system also grows new disease fighting T cells that can recognize and destroy infected cells. Giving GEO-CM04S1 after cellular therapy may work better in reducing the chances of contracting coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) or developing a severe form of COVID-19 disease in patients with blood cancer compared to SOC mRNA SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of multiantigen deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) plasmid-based vaccine in treating patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative stage III-IV breast cancer. Multiantigen DNA plasmid-based vaccine may target immunogenic proteins expressed in breast cancer stem cells which are the component of breast cancer that is resistant to chemotherapy and has the ability to spread. The purpose of this trial is to test if treatment with the trial drug, tralokinumab, can affect the body's immune response to vaccines. The trial will also evaluate the efficacy of tralokinumab when it is given concomitantly with vaccines. The trial includes a screening period of 2 to 6 weeks, a treatment period of 16 weeks (Weeks 0 to 16), and a 14-week off-treatment follow-up period for the assessment of safety (Weeks 16 to 30).
