This study will provide daily urine samples from volunteers who are trying to conceive in order to maintain the SPD biobank. Study volunteers, seeking to conceive will be provided with a CE marked Clearblue Ovulation product to help them pinpoint their most fertile time and aid conception. All volunteers will provide daily early morning urine samples throughout the study period and keep a study diary of menses and pregnancy test results for up to 3 menstrual cycles. Observational SIR-Spheres Study for the Treatment of Unresectable Liver Tumors (SIRtain Registry)
Recruiting
This registry seeks to prospectively gather a large repository of comprehensive observational data reflecting routine use of SIR-Spheres in patients diagnosed with unresectable HCC or unresectable liver metastases from mCRC refractory to or intolerant to chemotherapy, in order to assess clinical response in a real-world setting and further validate the safe and appropriate use of SIR-Spheres

E-Detection Tool for Emerging Mental Disorders
Recruiting
Psychosis is a severe mental disorder that involves abnormal experiences and altered behaviour. Although the onset of psychosis occurs in young people, most cases will only be identified later in the course of illness. The delayed detection is the main cause of significant negative long-term outcomes. The current proposal will develop an innovative E-mental health detection tool to effectively improve the identification of young people with emerging psychosis. This tool will be implemented on d... Refining Adjuvant Treatment in Endometrial Cancer Based on Molecular Features
Recruiting
The RAINBO umbrella program consists of four clinical trials investigating new adjuvant therapies in endometrial cancer patients. Eligible patients will be assigned to one of the four RAINBO trials based on the molecular profile of their cancer: * p53 abnormal endometrial cancer patients to the p53abn-RED trial * mismatch repair deficient endometrial cancer patients to the MMRd-GREEN trial * no specific molecular profile endometrial cancer patients to NSMP-ORANGE trial * POLE mutant endometrial... Thromboprophylaxis in Lower Limb Immobilisation
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to find out the clinical and cost effectiveness of Thromboprophylaxis in participants who have been placed in a plaster cast or splint after injury. The main questions it aims to answer are: * whether giving tablets to people at high risks of clots after a leg injury is as good as injections (standard care) * whether giving any medication after a leg injury is better than standard care (advice only) for people at low risk of clots. Participants will be asses... Read More

Melanoma Margins Trial-II: 1cm v 2cm Wide Surgical Excision Margins for AJCC Stage II Primary Cutaneous Melanoma
Recruiting
Patients with a primary invasive melanoma are recommended to undergo excision of the primary lesion with a wide margin. There is evidence that less radical margins of excision may be just as safe. This is a randomised controlled trial of 1 cm versus 2 cm margin of excision of the primary lesion for adult patients with stage II primary invasive cutaneous melanomas (AJCC 8th edition) to determine differences in disease-free survival. A reduction in margins is expected to improve patient quality of... Read More

Post Splenectomy Infections After Surgery for Peritoneal Malignancies (OPSI)
Recruiting
The spleen is involved in maintaining immunity and plays an important role in the elimination of encapsulated bacteria and parasites. Patients who undergo splenectomy in conjunction with complete CRS for peritoneal malignancy are at risk of overwhelming post-splenectomy infections post-operatively. These patients are therefore administered vaccinations to lower the risk of infections but as they do not completely eliminate the risk, patients are also prescribed prophylactic antibiotics without c...
