The goal of this clinical trial is to test ELVN-002 in people with cancers that have an abnormal HER2 gene. The main question the trial aims to answer is if ELVN-002 is safe and tolerable at different doses. A second main question is to evaluate the concentration of ELVN-002 in the blood at different doses and to see how this correlates with safety and see how the concentration of drug changes over time. The purpose of this research is to test whether participating in either a physical activity intervention or a series of educational classes will help to preserve exercise capability, heart function, brain-based activities (like memory), and quality of life. Participants will be randomized to 1 of 2 pathways: First pathway consists of organized health workshops. These workshops are intended to provide information on topics such as proper nutrition, management of stress, sleep practices, and emphasis on a healthy lifestyle that may help the participants through cancer treatment. This pathway will also test whether stretching may help participants through cancer treatment. Second pathway participants will take part in some unsupervised and some potentially supervised moderate activity sessions each week throughout participants' cancer treatment to take place either remotely or in person, depending on availability of facilities at the time visits are scheduled. The primary objectives of Part 1 of this study are to: Assess the safety and tolerability of the combination of BGB-3245 and panitumumab in participants with advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) with a known mutation status and tumor harboring an oncogenic mutation of v-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B; B-RAF proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase (BRAF), Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS), or neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog (NRAS) with documented disease progression during or after at least 1 line of prior therapy. Study CP-MGC018-02 is a study of vobramitamab duocarmazine (MGC018) in combination with lorigerlimab (MGD019). The study is designed to characterize safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity. Participants with relapsed or refractory, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors including, but not limited to, metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), melanoma, pancreatic cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), ovarian cancer, and renal cell carcinoma (RCC) will be enrolled. Vobramitamab duocarmazine and lorigerlimab are administered separately on Day 1 of every 4-week (28-day) cycle at the assigned dose for each cohort. Participants who do not meet criteria for study drug discontinuation may receive study drugs for up to 2 years.
