The purpose of this research is to test whether participating in either a physical activity intervention or a series of educational classes will help to preserve exercise capability, heart function, brain-based activities (like memory), and quality of life. Participants will be randomized to 1 of 2 pathways: * First pathway consists of organized health workshops. These workshops are intended to provide information on topics such as proper nutrition, management of stress, sleep practices, and emphasis on a healthy lifestyle that may help the participants through cancer treatment. This pathway will also test whether stretching may help participants through cancer treatment. * Second pathway participants will take part in some unsupervised and some potentially supervised moderate activity sessions each week throughout participants' cancer treatment to take place either remotely or in person, depending on availability of facilities at the time visits are scheduled. The vast majority of patients with stage I (tumors ≥ 4cm), IIA, IIB (and select stage III) NSCLC are managed with upfront surgery, followed by adjuvant chemotherapy. However, relapse rates remain high and are primarily due to distant, metastatic disease. Previous meta-analysis evaluating the use of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy demonstrate a similar impact on improved disease free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS). The role of checkpoint inhibitors has been proven to be effective in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC, regardless of histology and PD-L1 expression. Results from trials evaluating the use of checkpoint inhibitors alone or in combination with chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant setting for early stage disease are promising. However, there are no trials evaluating the role of concomitant chemotherapy and checkpoint inhibitors in the adjuvant setting. In addition, emerging data supports the use of ctDNA as a promising biomarker for early detection of minimal residual disease and have indicated that the presence of detectable ctDNA after surgery for localized lung cancer is correlated with a 90-100% chance for disease recurrence. Therefore, we propose this current study assessing concomitant chemotherapy plus Atezolizumab in the adjuvant setting for patients with stage I (tumors ≥ 4cm), IIA, IIB (and select stage III) NSCLC who have detectable ctDNA after surgery. AGX101 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy for tumor-forming cancers. The purpose of this study is to learn about AGX101 effects and safety at various dose levels in an all-comers advanced solid cancer patient population. AGX101will be administered intravenously. Dosing of AGX101 will be repeated once every 3, 6 or 9 weeks. Participants may continue study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or consent withdrawal. The purpose of this study is to test BTX-9341 alone or in combination with fulvestrant (a currently marketed medication for breast cancer) in participants with advanced and/or metastatic hormone receptor positive (HR+)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer. This phase III trial tests whether high-dose vitamin D works in treating androgen-deprivation therapy (ADT)-induced bone loss in patients with prostate cancer who are undergoing androgen-deprivation therapy. Vitamins are substances that the body needs to grow and develop normally. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium. Calcium is one of the main building blocks of bone. A lack of vitamin D can lead to bone diseases such as osteoporosis or rickets. This trial may help researchers determine if high-dose vitamin D helps keep bones strong, lowers number of falls, and lessens fatigue in men getting androgen-deprivation therapy. Read Less
