The study hypothesis is that BCG naïve non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) patients treated with intravesical Gemcitabine + Docetaxel (GEMDOCE) will result in a non-inferior event-free survival (EFS) compared to standard treatment with intravesical BCG. The purpose of this study is to test whether Gemcitabine + Docetaxel is a better or worse treatment than the usual BCG therapy approach. The primary objective of this study is to determine the event free survival (EFS) of BCG-naïve high grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer patients treated with intravesical BCG vs Gemcitabine + Docetaxel. Secondary objectives are as follows: to compare changes in cancer-specific and bladder cancer-specific QOL from baseline to treatment between BCG-naïve high grade NMIBC patients receiving BCG and GEMDOCE, to determine the cystectomy free survival (CFS) of BCG-naïve high grade NMIBC patients treated with intravesical BCG vs GEMDOCE, to determine the progression free survival (PFS) of BCG-naïve high grade NMIBC patients treated with intravesical BCG vs GEMDOCE, and to determine the safety and toxicity of BCG-naïve high grade NMIBC patients treated with intravesical BCG vs GEMDOCE. This clinical trial evaluates remotely delivered, community-aligned weight loss interventions in Latina breast cancer survivors. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death among women in the US. There are population differences in breast cancer mortality, based on specific risk factors, including obesity. Cancer is the leading cause of death among Latinos, and among Latinas, breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer death. An estimated 80% of Latinas in the United States have overweight/obesity, which is associated with poorer breast cancer outcomes. However, few, if any, effective interventions exist to promote and maintain weight loss in Latina breast cancer survivors. The development of an adaptive program that provides survivors with the support they need, as opposed to what is typically available, to improve breast cancer survivorship. Read Less

The goal of this study is to evaluate intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab versus placebo plus pembrolizumab for the adjuvant treatment of margin negative, completely resected Stage II, IIIA, IIIB (with nodal involvement \[N2\]) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This study is researching an experimental drug called ubamatamab, also referred to as "study drug". The study is focused on patients who have advanced ovarian cancer. The aim of the study is to see how safe, tolerable, and effective the study drug is on its own and in combination with other anti-cancer drugs (bevacizumab, cemiplimab, fianlimab and a standard chemotherapy drug, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin \[PLD\]), referred to as "combination drugs'. Background: Prostate cancer is the most common cancer and the second leading cause of death in males in the United States. Researchers want to find additional gene mutations that may increase a man s risk for prostate cancer and may affect how aggressive the disease is. Objective: To look at gene mutations in men with prostate cancer as well as the course of their disease to better understand how gene mutations relate to the way the cancer progresses and responds to treatment. Eligibility: Adult males 18 and older with prostate cancer who have at least one of the gene mutations researchers want to study and/or have been treated for their cancer and have had complete elimination of their cancer or stable disease for a long time. Design: Participants will be screened with a review of their medical records. Their gene test results will be reviewed, if available. They will be asked questions over the phone or in person. Participants do not need to visit the NIH for this study. But if they visit NIH for another study, their data and test results will be collected. They may give blood and urine samples. They may give leftover tumor samples. These samples will be used to study their genes. Participants who do not come to NIH on regular basis will be contacted every 6 months by phone or e-mail. They will be asked questions about their health. Data from their medical records will be collected. Participants will have testosterone and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests. This phase II trial studies how well osimertinib works in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation that is stage IIIB-IV or has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent).
