This study is researching an investigational drug called REGN5668 : * alone or, * combined with cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810) or, * combined with both cemiplimab and fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), or * combined with ubamatamab (also known as REGN4018), with or without sarilumab. The main purposes of this study are to: * Learn about the safety and profile of any side effects from the study drugs and to determine the highest, safe dose that can be given to participants with ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus * Look for signs that the study drugs can treat ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus This study has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 (Escalation) is to find the highest, safe dose of the study drug(s). The purpose of Part 2 (Expansion) is to use the doses chosen in Part 1. Participants with cancer of the uterus will only participate in Part 2. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * Side effects that may be experienced by participants taking REGN5668 alone and/or in combination with cemiplimab, cemiplimab and fianlimab, or ubamatamab * How REGN5668 works in the body either alone and/or in combination with cemiplimab, cemiplimab and fianlimab, or ubamatamab * How much of the study drugs (REGN5668, cemiplimab, fianlimab, ubamatamab) are in the blood * To see if REGN5668 in combination with cemiplimab, cemiplimab and fianlimab, or ubamatamab works to treat cancer Read Less

The goal of this observational study is to collect information on the use of the HistoSonics Edison System for the treatment of liver tumors. The main aim is to understand how different patient characteristics and procedural characteristics may affect histotripsy success at 36 hours post-histotripsy procedure. Sub-studies to the BOOMBOX: Master Study will investigate specific populations and/or clinical questions with more stringent enrollment criteria, standardized testing criteria, and/or follow-up schedule. Any participant enrolled in the BOOMBOX: Master Study that also qualifies for a sub-study may enroll in the sub-study in parallel; sub-studies will be described in separate sub-study protocols. The BOOMBOX: Master Study will collect information about participants before, during, and after the histotripsy treatment procedure. All participants will be followed per standard clinical follow-up based on each site's clinical practice for up to 5 years after the initial histotripsy procedure or until completion of their follow-up in a sub-study, whichever is longer. This study will look at whether motivational sessions (including regular calls with a trained health coach) in combination with time-restricted eating (TRE) is an effective way to achieve weight loss and lower cardiometabolic risk in adult survivors of childhood cancer. The researchers will look at how effective this intervention is compared to the usual approach, which is to review educational materials and measure weight once a month. This clinical trial is studying solid tumor cancers. A solid tumor is one that starts in part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once they've grown bigger in one spot or spread to other parts of the body, they're harder to treat. This is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have breast cancer or gastric cancer. Participants must have tumors that have HER2 on them. This allows the cancer to grow more quickly or spread faster. There are few treatment options for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that express HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). Disitamab vedotin is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial uses a drug called tucatinib, which has been approved to treat cancer in the United States and some other countries. This drug is sold under the brand name TUKYSA®. This study will test how safe and how well DV with tucatinib works for participants with solid tumors. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. Prehabilitation refers to the process of improving a patient's functional capabilities prior to a surgical procedure with the goal of decreasing post-surgical inactivity and physical decline. This clinical trial evaluates the utility of a personalized home-based prehabilitation exercise intervention for the improvement of physical function and surgical outcomes in patients with urothelial carcinoma undergoing definitive or consolidative surgery of the bladder (radical cystectomy) or upper tract (nephroureterectomy, ureterectomy) with or without preceding neoadjuvant/systemic therapy. The exercise intervention includes at-home exercise sessions focused on the improvement of core strength and balance as well as personalized step count goals, delivered to patients remotely via a smart-device-based application (ExerciseRx). Encouraging physical activity before surgery may improve physical function and surgical outcomes in patients who are scheduled to undergo surgery for their bladder or urothelial cancer. Read Less

This is an open-label, dose escalation, multi-center, Phase I/II clinical trial aimed at assessing the safety and preliminary efficacy of an investigational ARTEMIS® ECT204 T-cell therapy. The trial is suitable for adult subjects (≥ 18 years of age) diagnosed with GPC3-positive HCC, who have failed or not tolerated at least two (2) different anti-HCC systemic agents. The study includes a dose escalation phase (Part 1 or Phase I) to determine the Recommended Phase II Dose (RP2D), followed by an expansion phase (Part 2 or Phase II) to further assess safety and efficacy.
