Group treatments may be helpful for Veterans who have experienced military sexual trauma (MST). By doing this study, the investigators hope to learn if two different groups: Warrior Renew and Health \& Wellness are effective in reducing mental health symptoms in Veterans who have experienced MST and if either is more effective than the other. This phase III trial studies how well trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) and tucatinib work in preventing breast cancer from coming back (relapsing) in patients with high risk, HER2 positive breast cancer. T-DM1 is a monoclonal antibody, called trastuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called DM1. Trastuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as HER2 receptors, and delivers DM1 to kill them. Tucatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving T-DM1 and tucatinib may work better in preventing breast cancer from relapsing in patients with HER2 positive breast cancer compared to T-DM1 alone. Read Less

Soldiers operate in environments that are more likely to lead to oral trauma, risking poor dentition which can directly impact military readiness. Dental restoration can often be accomplished via dental implant insertion. Microbiome-associated complications that result in bone loss, including the micro-leakage of bacterial species proliferating in the dental implant internal cavity, frequently lead to implant failure. Reduction in implant bacterial load may result in a shift of the composition of the microbiome in favor of less pathogenic species, potentially improving dental implant success rates, reducing surgical revisions, and associated cost savings. This study aims to determine how disinfectant gel (hydrogen peroxide or chlorhexidine) insertion into dental implant internal cavities affects implant failure rates, bacterial load and microbiome composition. This clinical trial is evaluating whether addition of navtemadlin to ruxolitinib treatment will provide more clinical benefit than ruxolitinib alone for patients with Myelofibrosis who have a suboptimal response to ruxolitinib treatment alone. Subjects will start by receiving ruxolitinib alone in the run-in period. Those who demostrate a suboptimal response from ruxolitinib alone will then be randomized 2:1 to receive navtemadlin or navtemadlin placebo as add-on treatment to their ongoing ruxolitinib. Randomized means that subjects will be assigned to a group by chance, like a flip of a coin. The study is blinded, meaning the subjects, doctors, central endpoint assessors and sponsor will not know which add on treatment (navtemadlin or navtemadlin placebo) the subject is receiving. The goal of this pilot study is to evaluate the impact of All4Cure enrollment on patients with multiple myeloma. The main question it aims to answer are: • Does All4Cure effect patient activation as assessed by the PAM-13 survey? Participants will be asked to: * fill out quarterly PAM-13 surveys through the All4Cure website to assess patient activation. * fill out monthly Patient Reported Outcome (PRO) surveys through the All4Cure website. * fill out a baseline and exit All4Cure surveys through the All4Cure website to assess patient perceptions of All4Cure at the beginning and the end of the study. The Mucopolysaccharidosis I (MPS I) Registry is an ongoing, observational database that tracks the outcomes of patients with MPS I. The data collected by the MPS I Registry will provide information to better characterize the natural history and progression of MPS I as well as the clinical responses of patients receiving enzyme replacement therapy, such as Aldurazyme (Recombinant Human Alpha-L-Iduronidase), or other treatment modalities. The ICGG Gaucher Registry is an ongoing, international multi-center, strictly observational program that tracks the routine clinical outcomes for patients with Gaucher disease, irrespective of treatment status. No experimental intervention is involved; patients in the Registry undergo clinical assessments and receive care as determined by the patient's treating physician. The objectives of the Registry are: * To enhance understanding of the variability, progression, identification, and natural history of Gaucher disease, with the ultimate goal of better guiding and assessing therapeutic intervention. * To assist the Gaucher medical community with the development of recommendations for monitoring patients, and to provide reports on patient outcomes, to optimize patient care. * To characterize the Gaucher disease population. * To evaluate the long-term effectiveness of imiglucerase and of eliglustat. Gaucher Pregnancy Sub-registry: The primary objective of this Sub-registry is to track pregnancy outcomes, including complications and infant growth, in all women with Gaucher disease during pregnancy, regardless of whether they receive disease-specific therapy. No experimental intervention is given; thus a patient will undergo clinical assessments and receive standard of care treatment as determined by the patient's physician.If a patient consents to this Sub-registry, information about the patient's medical and obstetric history, pregnancy, and birth will be collected, and, if a patient consents to data collection for her infant, data on infant growth through month 36 postpartum will be collected. Efficacy Study: This randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study is designed to assess the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single dose of RSVpreF in the prevention of LRTI-RSV in adults: * At a dose of 120µg. * In adults 60 years of age and older. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, Japan and South Africa. Substudy A: This study is an extension of the efficacy study and was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 2 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Argentina. The purpose of this observational study is to learn about the effects of etrasimod as a treatment for adult patients with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. Patients will be treated according to standard of care and will only be included in the study if etrasimod is the best treatment of choice according to the physician and they have not previously taken etrasimod. All patients will be prescribed etrasimod according to standard of care. Tests and doctor visits will be conducted according to standard of care with the exception of health questionnaires about ulcerative colitis symptoms. These questionnaires will be completed by patients at various timepoints during the study using their mobile phone, tablet, or computer. The study is 52 weeks with 28 days of safety follow up.
