The novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has spread all around the world and testing has posed a challenge globally. Health care providers are highly exposed and are an important group to test. On top of these concerns, health care workers are also stressed by the needs on responders in the COVID-19 crisis. The investigators will look at different ways to measure how common COVID-19 is among health care workers, how common is the presence of antibodies by serological tests (also known as serostatus). The investigators will describe health worker mental and emotional well-being and their coping strategies in their institutional settings. Lastly, the investigators will describe how knowing serostatus can affect individuals' mental and emotional well-being and how to cope in the midst of the COVID-19 response. This will help to how to better test and help healthcare workers in the COVID-19 pandemic and prepare for possible future outbreaks. Read Less

This is a Phase II randomized, controlled, open label breast cancer clinical trial. 66 patients will be enrolled. The drugs being studied are hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil) and abemaciclib (also Verzenio). This research study is testing whether using these drugs to target the disseminated tumor cells in bone marrow can reduce their number or eliminate them. The objective of this clinical trial is to develop a cell therapy for Fanconi Anemia which enables enhanced donor hematopoietic and immune reconstitution with decreased toxicity by transplanting depleted stem cells from a donor after using an experimental antibody treatment called JSP-191 as a part of conditioning. This experimental treatment will hopefully cause fewer side effects than chemotherapy (the current standard of care method). Adolescence is a time of heightened reward sensitivity and greater impulsivity. On top of this, many teenagers experience chronic sleep deprivation and misalignment of their circadian rhythms due to biological shifts in their sleep/wake patterns paired with early school start times. Many studies find that this increases the risk for substance use (SU). However, what impact circadian rhythm and sleep disruption either together or independently have on the neuronal circuitry that controls reward and cognition, or if there are interventions that might help to modify these disruptions is unknown. Project 2 (P2) of the CARRS center will test an innovative and mechanistic model of brain circuitry that uses multi-method approaches, takes a developmental perspective, and incorporates key sleep and reward constructs. This study will focus on people with claudication from peripheral arterial disease. The investigators are researching whether a multicomponent therapeutic can increase the production of Nitric Oxide in the blood and whether that leads to an improvement in pain free walking distance and overall physical activity. The focus of this study is to test the efficacy of a 12-week, phone-delivered Positive Psychology-Motivational Interviewing (PP-MI) intervention, with additional twice weekly PP and health behavior text messages for a total of 24 weeks (with interactive, algorithm-driven, goal-focused text messages in the final 12 weeks), compared to an attention-matched MI-based educational condition, in a randomized trial (NIH Stage II) of 280 patients with New York Heart Association class I-III Heart Failure (HF).
