This phase II trial tests the effectiveness of golcadomide and rituximab as bridging treatment before chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy in patients with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Patients that are able to receive CAR T-cell therapy have a potential for cure, however, many will not be qualified to receive therapy due to relapse. Bridging therapy is therapy intended to transition a patient from one therapy or medication to another or maintain their health or status until they are a candidate for a therapy or have decided on a therapy. Golcadomide may help block the formation, growth or spread of cancer cells. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Giving golcadomide and rituximab as bridging therapy before CAR T-cell therapy may kill more tumor cells and may improve the chance of proceeding to CAR T-cell therapy in patients with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Recent medical guidelines for the management of heart failure (HF) have established a combination of specific classes of medications as the best treatment for patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). However, studies have shown that these medications, known together as guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT), are not being used in clinical practice less often than they could be. Several tools to promote broader use of these treatments (including patient checklists) have shown promise for increasing use of GDMT. However, these tools have not been broadly implemented within large health systems. The goal of this study is to see if using these tools broadly within cardiology clinics will increase the use of GDMT. To work best, clinical decision support tools (CDS) must be timed to provide support when healthcare decisions are made, which includes virtual visits (phone or video). Unfortunately, most CDS tools are either missing from virtual visits or not designed for the unique context of virtual visits (e.g., availability of physical assessments and labs, different workflows), which could generate new inequities for patients more likely to use virtual visits. The objective of this study is to test the reach, feasibility and acceptability of a new CDS tool for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) during virtual visits. This new CDS tool was developed through an iterative design process, and will be compared to an existing HFrEF CDS tool in a randomized pilot study at outpatient cardiology clinics throughout the UCHealth system. The goal of this observational study is to learn if Nevro1 Sacroiliac Transfixing and Fusion System can treat sacroiliac joint dysfunction in males or females over 21. The main questions it aims to answer is what percentage of patients have clinically important pain relief with no adverse events, and what proportion of patients have fusion of the sacroiliac joint at 1 year and 2 years. Data collected through the registry may be used to address a range of research questions and objectives, including but not limited to the following: Research question: Is there an increased risk of adverse maternal, fetal, or infant outcomes among individuals who are exposed to Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) treatments during pregnancy? The primary objective of the registry is to estimate the prevalence of major congenital malformations among pregnant individuals with IBD who are exposed to an IBD pharmacotherapy during pregnancy. The secondary objectives of the registry are: To estimate the prevalence of other maternal, fetal, and infant outcomes among pregnant individuals with IBD who are exposed to IBD pharmacotherapies during pregnancy. To contextualize the prevalence of outcomes among pregnant individuals who are exposed to IBD pharmacotherapies during pregnancy and estimate the prevalence of all outcomes of interest among pregnant individuals with IBD who are not exposed to any IBD pharmacotherapies or an IBD pharmacotherapy of interest during pregnancy. If sample size permits, to estimate the risk ratio for each outcome, comparing the outcomes of pregnant individuals with IBD who are exposed to IBD pharmacotherapy with those who are not exposed to any IBD pharmacotherapies or an IBD pharmacotherapy of interest during pregnancy. The purpose of this project is to study the effectiveness of teaching teens and young women with Phenylketonuria (PKU) or Maple Syrup Urine Disease (MSUD) about their disease and nutrition related issues in a camp environment. It will also look at pregnancy outcome results in women with PKU who attended Metabolic Camp and compare their results to other women with PKU who have not attended the Metabolic Camp. Read Less

A central goal of this data repository is to collect data from a large population of subjects with a variety of renal disease states. Cohorts will include subjects with diabetes, inflammatory/autoimmune and transplant related renal conditions. Additionally, the repository will have the capacity to store biospecimens and electronic data in control subjects without established renal disease. This initiative will provide an opportunity to compare data from various disease states and controls with the objective of determining clinical and biological factors that predict disease progression, response to therapy and identify discriminating noninvasive clinical and biological features that predict renal biopsy findings.
