The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called marstacimab) for the potential treatment of hemophilia in pediatric patients. This study will enroll pediatric participants from ages 1 to 17 years in a sequential manner. The study will open enrollment to adolescent participants aged 12 to 17 years first. Then children aged 6 to 11 years will be permitted to enroll. Lastly, children aged 1 to 5 years will be permitted to enroll. This study will enroll participants who: * have severe Hemophilia A or moderately severe to severe Hemophilia B (with or without inhibitors) * have accurate historical records documenting all factor VIII, factor IX, or bypass agent infusions and hemophilia bleed events for at least 1 year prior to entering the study * if a non-inhibitor patient, must be on a stable routine prophylaxis regimen with factor VIII or factor IX replacement products for at least 12 months prior to study entry * if an inhibitor patient, must be on an on-demand bypass treatment regimen during the 12 months prior to study entry All participants in this study will receive marstacimab to use prophylactically. Marstacimab will be given once a week as a subcutaneous (under the skin) shot. The first dose of marstacimab will be given at the study site by the study site staff. During the 12-month treatment period, weekly doses of marstacimab can be given at home, or if preferred, the doses may be given by the study site staff. To help us determine if the study medicine is safe and effective, we will compare participant experiences when they are taking the study medicine to a historical period when they were not. Researchers want to see if the study medicine works to prevent the bleeding episodes commonly experienced by patients with Hemophilia. Participants will be in this study for about 14 months (approximately 1 month in a Screening period, 12 months receiving treatment, and 1 month in a follow-up period) during which they will visit the study site at least 10 times. If preferred, and if local regulations allow it, 2 of the study visits can be completed at the participant's home instead of at the study site. The purpose of this study is to determine what effects (good and bad) Enzalutamide and TVB-2640 have in the treatment of prostate cancer whose prostate cancer has spread to other parts of their body and that has not gotten better with previous treatment. This study is a Phase I clinical trial. Phase I clinical trials test the side effects of an investigational drug or an investigational combination with another drug. "Investigational" means that the drug is still being studied and research doctors are trying to find out more about it. Although Enzalutamide is already being used to treat men with prostate cancer, combining Enzalutamide with TVB-2640 together in patients with prostate cancer is considered experimental. This research study is being done because additional effective treatments are needed for prostate cancer that has spread and is growing despite hormone suppression. By doing this study, the investigators hope to learn if combining Enzalutamide with TVB-2640 can be done safely. Participation in this research will last about 12 to 24 months after enrollment. The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate the effects of transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation (TSCS) combined with exoskeleton training, as compared to exoskeleton training alone to improve motor function in individuals with incomplete spinal cord injury who are 12 months or less post-injury. Participants will be randomly assigned to a treatment group (exoskeleton training with TSCS, or exoskeleton training without TSCS). Participants in both groups will undergo a baseline evaluation, then take part in 24, 1-hour training sessions at Craig Hospital. After the 24 sessions have concluded, participants will undergo a post-treatment evaluation as well as a follow-up evaluation four weeks after training is completed. The goal of this pilot study is to assess the feasibility of adapting and delivering the existing home-based epilepsy self-management intervention, HOBSCOTCH, for people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Can the current HOBSCOTCH program be adapted for people with PD? 2. Will people with PD experience improved quality of life similar to that found in people with epilepsy after participating in the HOBSCOTCH program? Participants will be asked to: * attend nine, one-hour virtual (online and/or by telephone) HOBSCOTCH-PD sessions with a one-on-one certified HOBSCOTCH-PD coach * complete a brief clinical questionnaire about their diagnosis of PD * complete two questionnaires before and after the HOBSCOTCH-PD sessions about their quality of life and about memory and thinking processes * keep a short daily diary about their PD symptoms and use of the self-management strategies taught in the HOBSCOTCH-PD program * complete a brief Satisfaction Survey after the entire HOBSCOTCH-PD program Read Less

The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07976016) for the potential treatment of obesity. The study will compare the experiences of participants taking the study medicine (PF-07976016) to those of participants who take placebo (a lookalike substance that contains no active study medicine). This study is a prospective, single-arm study conducted under a common implant and follow-up protocol. The objective will be to follow fifty-seven (57) adolescents and young adults (10-21 years of age), with Down syndrome, moderate to severe sleep apnea, and post-adenotonsillectomy, for 12 months after undergoing implant of the Inspire Upper Airway Stimulation (UAS) System. Study B7841007 is an open-label extension study to assess the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of prophylaxis treatment with marstacimab in participants who did not require "Early Termination" from the Phase 3 Study B7841005 and from the Phase 3 Study B7841008. Study B7841005: approximately 145 adolescent and adult participants 12 to \<75 years of age with severe hemophilia A or moderately severe to severe hemophilia B (defined as FVIII activity \<1% or FIX activity ≤2%, respectively) with or without inhibitors are expected to be enrolled in Study B7841005 during which they will receive prophylaxis (defined as treatment by SC injection of marstacimab). Study B7841008: this is an ongoing Phase 3, open-label study in pediatric participants \<18 years of age with severe hemophilia A (FVIII Coagulation Factor Activity \<1%) or moderately severe to severe hemophilia B (FIX Coagulation Factor Activity ≤2%). A sequential approach will be used in enrolling at least 100 pediatric participants, at least 20 of which will be aged ≥12 to \<18 years and at least 80 participants will be aged ≥1 to \<12 years. At the start of study B7841008, the dosing and data available in adolescent and adult participants in Study B7841005 supported the initiation of B7841008 study in participants aged ≥12 to \<18 years. Subsequently, additional safety and efficacy data from adolescent participants in Study B7841005 became available for benefit/risk assessment in support of dosing participants aged ≥6 to \<12 years. Based on the positive benefit/risk assessment conducted by both internal Pfizer review and eDMC review, dosing of the ≥6 to \<12 years age group was initiated in June 2023 in B7841008 Study. Data from participants ≥6 years from B7841008 Study and Study B7841005 will support the dosing of participants aged ≥1 to \<6 years. All participants will be provided the prefilled pen (PFP) for administration of marstacimab in the study. Use of the prefilled syringe (PFS) will be permitted at the investigator's discretion for those participants who have difficulty with administration of the PFP. Additionally, participants will be provided the PFS for use in this study in countries where the PFS is anticipated to be the only presentation available commercially. An optional, open-label, single arm, substudy using the PFP was completed in the first 23 participants rolled over from Study B7841005 who agreed to participate in the substudy. Read Less
