The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the Positive Peers mobile app intervention increases rates of viral suppression in young (13-34 y/o) persons with HIV. Does use of the Positive Peers app improve viral suppression among young minority persons with HIV? What user characteristics are associated with a) viral suppression, b) retention in care, and c) perceived HIV-related stigma? Participants will: * download the mobile app onto their personal smartphone * Use the mobile app as they find useful * complete online surveys at enrollment, 3 mo, 6, mo, 9 mo and 12 months. This study will examine the potential effectiveness of a virtually delivered parent-mediated intervention for insistence on sameness behaviors in autism and investigate 1) whether caregivers can learn to deliver the adapted Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood emotions (SPACE) intervention for IS via telehealth and 2) whether children will show greater improvement in IS behaviors. This clinical trial is studying the genetic changes in cells associated with different types of cancer in Indigenous American (IA) populations in the Southwest to improve cancer screening, precision prevention, and therapeutic intervention for individual in these communities. IA tribes have much lower rates of cancer screening, have more limited access to healthcare, are more often diagnosed at later stages of disease, and have the poorest outcomes in all types of cancer when compared to any other racial and ethnic group in the United States. Due to these significant cancer health disparities, IAs have been understudied and little is known about the molecular characterization of tumors arising in IAs. The goal of this study is to disentangle relationships between acute cannabis use and withdrawal on proximal depression and suicide risk and recovery in adolescents ages 12-18 years by incorporating time-varying patterns of substance use, mood, and SI. This phase IV trial tests the impact of standard of care enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab followed by removal of all or part of the bladder (cytoreductive cystectomy) and/or removal of all or part of the tube that carriers urine from the kidneys to the bladder (ureterectomy) on outcomes in patients with bladder and upper urothelial tract that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Enfortumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to an anticancer drug called vedotin. It works by helping the immune system to slow or stop the growth of tumor cells. Enfortumab attaches to a protein called nectin-4 on tumor cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. It is a type of antibody-drug conjugate. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving standard of care enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab followed by cytoreductive cystectomy and/or ureterectomy (CC/U) may improve outcomes in patients with locally advanced or metastatic bladder or upper urothelial tract cancer.
