The goal of this clinical trial is to test a brief psychological intervention given to individuals in the first days following childbirth who have experienced a potentially stressful childbirth. The treatment is aimed at preventing post-traumatic stress disorder following childbirth and promoting maternal-infant bonding. In the days following childbirth, participants will be asked to write about their childbirth experience or a neutral event for three consecutive days, for around 15 minutes each day. Additionally, they will complete a short survey before and after the intervention about their birth experience and mental health. Around 2 months postpartum, participants will take part in mental health and physiological assessments, and in a brief play session with their infant. Read Less

The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to test the efficacy of a program meant to enhance Counseling for Harm Reduction and Retention in MAT in Cherokee Nation (CHaRRM-CN). The main questions it aims to answer are whether CHaRRM-CN: improves retention of patients in MAT, decreases substance-related harm and illicit opioid use, and increases cultural connectedness. After providing written, informed consent, participants will attend a baseline assessement and will then be randomized to either the CHaRRM-CN or treatment as usual group. For 6 months after randomization, participants will be exposed to CHaRRM-CN or treatment as usual. During that time, participants will also attend the 1-month, 3-month and 6-month follow-ups to track their progress through the programs. This phase II trial tests how well tafasitamab and rituximab work for front-line treatment of patients with post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder. Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is the name for types of lymphoma that sometimes develop in people who have had a transplant. It can affect people who are taking medicines to suppress their immune system. Tafasitamab injection is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It works by helping the body to slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Giving the combination of tafasitamab and rituximab may work better in treating patients with post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder. Read Less

This clinical trial is being conducted to see if brain stimulation and brain training together improves cognitive functioning and mood in older adults diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). Brain stimulation will be done using repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS). Brain training will be done using immersive virtual reality cognitive training (iVCT) program. The goals of this clinical trail are as follows: * Examine if rTMS+iVCT intervention can improve and sustain objective cognitive functioning in individuals with MCI more than control or rTMS only groups * Examine if rTMS+iVCT intervention improves participants mental health symptoms, functional abilities, and quality of life more than control or rTMS only groups * Examine the impact of rTMS+iVCT intervention on caregiver burden. Eligible participants will be assigned to a standard treatment (no intervention control) group, rTMS only group of rTMS+iVCT group. All participants will undergo baseline assessment to evaluate their cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities. Those in the rTMS only group will receive rTMS treatments for five days per week for two weeks (total of ten sessions). Those in the rTMS+iVCT group will receive rTMS treatment followed by iVCT training for five days a week for two weeks (total of ten sessions). All participants will then repeat testing 2 weeks and three months after baseline testing to assess for possible treatment related changes and lasting effects. Read Less

The goal of this observational study is to learn about lung structure and function in a group of 1000 healthy people aged 25 to 35. The main questions it aims to answer are whether people's bodies, environment, and general lung health are associated with: * the structure of the participants lungs' airways, * the structure of blood vessels in the participants lungs and heart, and * the participants lungs' ability to exchange gases. Participants will take four different lung function tests to measure lung function, including: * air movement in the lungs (oscillometry) * lung size (slow vital capacity (SVC) and functional residual capacity (FRC) * gas transfer in the lungs (diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide (DLCO). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences (the effectiveness and the safety) between two different nerve and muscle monitoring devices currently available during a TLIF surgery. The Endoscopic Assisted Retropsoas (EARP) Nerve Cuff Electrode and Retractor surgical and nerve monitoring tools will be used in addition to standard nerve monitoring tools during the surgery. The choice of standard nerve monitoring equipment is based on the decision of the surgeon and technologist and is not dictated by this study.
