This is a single site trial of psilocybin therapy for the treatment of refractory Anorexia Nervosa in young adults. The psilocybin therapy will include three preparatory sessions, psilocybin dosing session one (20mg), two integration sessions, psilocybin dosing session two (30mg), and four final integration sessions. Eating disorder symptoms will be measured pre and post treatment. Two family members of each young adult participant will be enrolled in the study. One of which will be required to attend a portion of two preparatory sessions and a portion of two integration sessions and receive psychoeducation about supporting the young adult participant through preparation and integration for psilocybin therapy. Investigators hypothesize that psilocybin will increase cognitive flexibility and that this increase will predict long-term changes in cognitive rigidity, habitual eating, and exercise behaviors in patients with Anorexia Nervosa. This study consists of two home-based exercise programs: a stationary exercise bicycle intervention (Arm A), and a walking intervention (Arm B). The study will enroll 24 patients who are starting ADT (Androgen Deprivation Therapy)/ARSI (Androgen-Receptor Signaling Inhibitors) therapy for newly diagnosed metastatic castrate-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC). All participants will be asked to complete 1-2 training sessions at UVA prior to starting the exercise. All participants will be asked to complete aerobic and strength testing before and after the exercise program. Participants will be asked to answer questionnaires throughout the program. SHAREonline is a study for young female cancer survivors that are experiencing changes in sexual health and function. The purpose of this research is to compare two brief interventions delivered by videoconference to learn if they help women effectively manage these changes and restore sexual health and functioning. This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study evaluating the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of ITI-1284 compared with placebo as adjunctive therapy to GAD treatment in patients meeting Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision (DSM-5-TR) criteria for GAD who have an inadequate response to ongoing GAD treatment. This clinical trial the possibility of establishing a Community Living Labs (CoLLab) Learning Health System to facilitate access to prostate health Risk, Education, and Assessment in the Community with Help (REACH) services in Black men and compares the impact to American Legion Posts with no CoLLab set up at the individual and community levels. Cancer is the second leading cause of death for Black men and Black men are less likely to receive prostate cancer screening. CoLLab Learning Health System utilizes community health workers (CHW) that are well-trained to form a bridge between communities and clinicians. In fact, Black men who work with CHW's typically have better access to health services, gain knowledge about cancer, cancer prevention, treatment and may have better overall health outcomes. Establishing a CoLLab Learning Health System at American Legion Posts may improve access to clinical trials and prostate cancer services in Black men. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial pilot study is to test the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy of a combined intervention strategy of 1) technology-supported financial navigation to address economic burden of disease and 2) peer support both to facilitate linkages to clinical care and community resources to address social risks and improve participants\' diabetes self-management. The main aims of this pilot study are: * To examine the feasibility and acceptability of technology-supported financial navigation and financial navigation with peer support * To examine trends in preliminary efficacy of technology-supported financial navigation and peer support versus financial navigation-alone on 1) A1c and blood pressure (primary outcomes), and 2) out-of-pocket costs, treatment-related financial stress, cost-related non-adherence behaviors, diabetes distress, diabetes self-care behaviors, and uptake of social care assistance (secondary outcomes). The investigators will assess whether a combined intervention of technology-supported financial navigation and peer support will produce trends in superior diabetes and social care outcomes to financial navigation alone via a 2-arm randomized controlled trial. Participants will * Complete 3 survey appointments at baseline, and 3 and 6 months.
