Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is the most common cause of recurrent abdominal pain in children. IBS is a functional gastrointestinal disorder that is linked to motor and sensory physiology, as well as the central nervous system, that presents as abdominal pain with abnormal defecation patterns. This discomfort leads to emotional stress, decreased quality of life, and anxiety. The study proposes that yoga and mindfulness will decrease anxiety and increase quality of life for patients with IBS. The aim of this study is to measure the impact of a brief, at-home, 6-week twice per week Standardized Yoga \& Meditation Program for Stress Reduction program on anxiety, IBS symptoms, and quality of life in children ages 12-21 diagnosed with IBS. The goal of this study is to learn whether a single non-invasive brain stimulation alpha-transcranial alternating current stimulation (alpha-tACS) session changes measures of excitability in the prefrontal cortex. It will also learn whether these changes predict differences in habitual action selection in a laboratory task and whether the effects depend on alcohol use history. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does alpha-tACS reduce habitual action selection by reducing excitability in the prefrontal cortex? Is alpha-tACS most effective in reducing habitual action selection in hazardous drinkers who engaged in binge-drinking during adolescence? Researchers will compare alpha-tACS to sham stimulation to see if alpha-tACS changes habitual action selection by changing prefrontal excitability. Participants will: Visit the lab for behavioral training Visit the imaging center for an MRI session Visit the lab to receive alpha-tACS or sham stimulation during behavioral testing and undergo EEG recordings before and after stimulation Visit the imaging center for a repeat MRI session Provide a small sample of blood from a finger-prick in the first and last visits. This study will investigate if a shorter treatment course (known as "hypofractionation") for pelvic radiation is safe for women with endometrial cancer. Doctors leading the study will also determine the safest and most tolerable dose of shortened radiation (hypofractionation) used to treat women in this study. Because this study will shorten the radiation course typically used to treat endometrial cancer, each daily treatment given to women in this study will be slightly higher than normal to ensure that the total radiation dose they receive is still effective and similar to the radiation dose they would receive if they were not participating in this study (standard treatment). Despite efforts to prevent suicide, US rates are climbing, and suicide is the second leading cause of death among youth. Digital tools, especially personal smartphones, are promising avenues to address these issues and can be used to provide a unique understanding of risk factors, including psychological distress, anhedonia and behavioral withdrawal, and sleep disturbance among high-risk individuals. This project aims to enhance the effectiveness of the delivery of preventative health care to youth at risk for suicide by developing a comprehensive digital platform that allows practitioners to integrate mobile sensing data and HIPAA-compliant client communication tools into their management of these young people. This phase I trial studies the effects of CD-19 directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy for the treatment of patients with B cell malignancies that have come back (recurrent) or have not responded to treatment (refractory). CD-19 CAR-T cells use some of a patient's own immune cells, called T cells, to kill cancer. T cells fight infections and, in some cases, can also kill cancer cells. Some T cells are removed from the blood, and then laboratory, researchers will put a new gene into the T cells. This gene allows the T cells to recognize and possibly treat cancer. The new modified T cells are called the IC19/1563 treatment. IC19/1563 may help treat patients with relapsed/refractory B cell malignancies. Read Less

This is a single-arm, non-inferiority study in which patients who have achieved a very good partial response (VGPR) or better, according to International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) response criteria, following 6 to 9 months of treatment with teclistamab, a B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)-directed T-cell engager (anti-BCMAxCD3 bispecific antibody), will be offered monitored drug discontinuation. Teclistamab is typically dosed on a regular schedule (every 1-4 weeks) indefinitely until disease progression ("continuous therapy"). Here, a limited-duration regimen will be studied in which patients achieving ≥VGPR after 6-9 months of standard teclistamab dosing will discontinue therapy and resume if laboratory or clinical parameters suggest early disease progression ("limited-duration therapy"). Patients will enter the clinical trial protocol after completing 6-9 months of standard teclistamab monotherapy and achieving ≥VGPR. The study's hypothesis is that the failure probability six months after stopping teclistamab in this patient population will be non-inferior compared to that of historical controls treated with continuous therapy. Reducing drug exposure may be beneficial by reducing risk of infection and reducing anti-BCMA selective pressure toward generation of BCMA-negative relapses. Analysis of minimal residual disease (MRD), tumor features, and bone marrow microenvironment parameters, which will be pursued as exploratory correlative analyses in this study, may identify factors that predict durable response to limited-duration therapy and thereby enable more precise selection of patients likely to benefit from this approach. A subset of patients will be enrolled on a biomarker study for analysis of these exploratory endpoints. Read Less

To date, there are no studies of the therapeutic effects of varied work-focused programs in Veterans undergoing outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. The investigators propose a randomized clinical trial to test the effects of work-focused programs on improving sobriety and other clinical outcomes in Veterans early in the course of recovery from SUD. Veterans will be randomized to either receive or not receive referral for work-focused therapeutic programs. Primary aim is to examine effects of work-focused programs on sobriety outcomes, namely sobriety and global functioning. Secondary aim is to examine effects of work-focused programs on psychiatric symptoms, self esteem/efficacy, and quality of life. Read Less
