The purpose of this project is to compare a novel sensorimotor ankle rehabilitation training (SMART) protocol for Lateral ankle sprains (LASs) against a standard of care (SOC) protocol to determine if it is more successful at producing successful one-year outcomes and lower rates of re-injury and improved health. This will address the identified needs for evidence-support and reintegration strategies to improve understanding of the management of patient rehabilitation strategies throughout the rehabilitation process following neuromusculoskeletal injury. The investigators are conducting this study with men that have prostate cancer and are getting standard of care treatment with the drugs abiraterone acetate and prednisone. The study will follow men with prostate cancer from initiation of participation in the study and for up to 10 years. The reason for the study is that researchers think that there may be a connection between the race and ethnicity of men with prostate cancer and how well the standard treatments work for the participants. The proposed study is to investigate the feasibility of using quantitative diffusion MRI (dMRI) methods for accurate and comprehensive assessment of treatment response. dMRI is a powerful tool to probe treatment-induced change in tumors. It is a unique in vivo imaging technique sensitive to cellular microstructures at the scale of water diffusion length on the order of a few microns. Previous studies have shown that both diffusion coefficient D and diffusional kurtosis coefficient K are promising imaging markers of (i) cell viability which can be used for evaluation of early treatment response. However, it is often underappreciated that these dMRI metrics are not fixed constants, but rather functions of the diffusion time t, D(t) and K(t); their t-dependency is determined by tissue properties, such as cell size and membrane permeability of tissue. D(t) and K(t) of tumors can vary substantially depending on t in the range of diffusion times (30-100 ms) typically used in clinical scan. Read Less

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and how well nivolumab, fluorouracil, and interferon alpha 2b work for the treatment of fibrolamellar cancer (liver cell cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as fluorouracil, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Interferon alpha 2b may help stimulate the immune system to fight cancer. Giving nivolumab, fluorouracil, and interferon alpha 2b may work better in treating unresectable fibrolamellar cancer compared to fluorouracil and interferon alpha 2b alone. Read Less

This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial will seek to determine the efficacy of abatacept in GCA. To examine this objective, 62 eligible patients who have newly diagnosed or relapsing GCA within 8 weeks prior to screening will be randomized at a 1:1 ratio to receive subcutaneous abatacept 125mg/week or placebo. Patients who achieve remission will remain on their blinded assignment for 12 months at which time abatacept/placebo will be stopped. Patients who do not achieve remission by Month 3, who experience a relapse within the first 12 months will have the option of receiving open-label abatacept for a maximum of 12 months. Read Less

This study primarily aims to determine whether patients diagnosed with osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of the knee experience psychological stress due to their diagnosis and treatment plan.
