The overall purpose of this protocol is to identify subacute sepsis-associated cardiac disease in pediatric patients with cancer by CMR and evaluate the CMR findings during their follow-up. This will help inform heart failure management decision making. Evidence of dysfunction or elevated T2 values may inform adjustment of afterload reduction and beta blocker administration, and elevated ECV findings will suggest the need for increased surveillance for diastolic dysfunction. Primary Objectives: (Feasibility Phase) To determine the feasibility of cardiac MRI without anesthesia in the immediate post-sepsis period in children with cancer. CMR scanning will be completed within 10 days of presentation - this will allow us to ensure that possible hemodynamic or respiratory instability and renal dysfunction has resolved prior to transport to the MRI scanner during the most acute phase of illness. This is a pilot study to improve rates of germline genetic testing for black patients with aggressive prostate cancer as recommended by the updated guidelines by the National Cancer Comprehensive Network (NCCN) in 2018. In this study, consented patients will undergo a low-risk intervention of an educational session with a trained staff member on germline testing in prostate cancer and, if agreeable, subsequent germline cancer genetic testing via a commercial lab test. This study will be performed to determine if Band Connect's VirtuaCare™ platform increases patient compliance and provides an effective alternative to current physical therapy treatment while reducing the frequency of visits compared with standard orthopedic physical therapy treatment performed in the outpatient clinic. Participants are being asked to take part in this research study if 18 years and older and have been prescribed physical therapy rehabilitation for an acute or chronic shoulder condition and as part of the participant's physical therapy will receive a shoulder exercise home program. Hypothesis: Improvement in cognitive dysfunction with IV albumin in patients with cirrhosis with prior HE and MHE lasts for several weeks after albumin infusion has ended, and is due to persistent improvement in inflammatory markers, endothelial dysfunction, albumin function and gut microbial changes. This will be a single-arm, single-blind sequential trial of IV 25% albumin and IV saline over 8 weeks with biological sampling and cognitive and health related quality of life (HRQOL) testing with each subject acting as their own control. This proof-of-concept trial will explore the effects of manual chiropractic adjustments on nervous system function in individuals with post-concussion syndrome. This study will aim to recruit 10 individuals to receive 6 weeks of chiropractic care with 3 assessment periods. The participants will undergo a baseline assessment, mid-trial assessment, and post-trial assessment. The participants will wear an electroencephalography (EEG) cap for a neural assessment during an event related potential. They will wear electrical diodes to measure electrocardiography (ECG), impedance cardiography (ICG), and electrodermal activity (EDA) throughout the study and during an orthostatic challenge. The goal of this study is to evaluate the impact of a mobile app video game called Digital Vaccine for Type 1 Diabetes (DVx-T1D)™, proposed as a low-risk, non-invasive, digital therapeutic candidate for behavior change in children 6 to 12 years of age with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). The investigators hypothesize that adoption of DVx-T1D™ by T1D patients will positively influence healthy dietary and physical activity behaviors by providing nutrition and lifestyle education through a playful, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based, cartoon-style medium of mobile gaming, and result in improvements in their T1D control. The investigators propose to conduct a longitudinal randomized controlled trial (RCT) over a 3-month period with a study population of 80 T1D participants (40 each in two arms of the trial) of 6-12 years old. The investigators will quantify the impact of the mobile game app plus standard care vs. standard care (with no exposure to the app) on T1D control (assessed by glycosylated hemoglobin or HbA1c measured during clinic visits and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) parameters measured at home), physical activity levels and food choices of children (measured using food logs and surveys). Game telemetry, food logs, clinical, anthropometric, demographic, and survey data will be collected to obtain adequately powered, theory-driven evidence of the value of game-based approaches delivered via mobile apps. The goal of this clinical trial is to demonstrate the feasibility of bladder transplantation in patients with terminal bladder diseases who would benefit from a new bladder or a combined kidney and bladder transplant. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is human bladder transplantation feasible and safe? * How will the new bladder function in terms of storage and emptying? Participants will undergo a bladder-only or combined kidney and bladder transplantation. They will then be followed for two years to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and functionality of the bladder transplant. Read Less
