The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of integrated health and resiliency programs into the Entry-Level Doctor of Occupational therapy curriculum. The objectives are to: 1. Determine if students perceive health and resiliency programming as beneficial for their health and well-being 2. Determine if students' lifestyle behaviors, self-esteem, attachment security, and mindfulness improve with health and resiliency programming 3. Determine if students' symptoms of depression and anxiety reduce after participating in health and resiliency programs Students will engage in resilience programming as part of their regular coursework and be invited to complete pre and post assessments to test the effectiveness of programming. The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the feasibility of adding a combination of metformin and turmeric as part of a nutritional intervention regimen to the current standard of care, namely, intermittent Androgen Deprivation Therapy (iADT), for patients with castration sensitive biochemical progressive prostate cancer. The main objectives are: * Assess the feasibility of the study population and enrollment. * Evaluate time to PSA relapse with nutritional intervention on iADT. Participants who are receiving iADT will be dispensed Metformin and turmeric and complete a pill diary. Participants will also have blood and stool samples collected and complete quality of life questionnaires. The long-term goal is to further assess the efficacy and safety of this nutritional regimen and the roles of metabolic syndrome, microenvironment/microbiome, and genomic vs epigenomic profiles in the care of these patients through a clinical trial. The purpose of this research study is to see how well an imaging test, called 18FDCFPyL prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positron emission tomography (PET), can show the extent of prostate cancer when comparing to 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT (another type of diagnostic scan for prostate cancer). This will be a placebo-controlled, randomized, double blind, crossover study with a 4 week wash out period. The investigators will conduct the formative work that is necessary to develop a novel, multi-level intervention (inclusive of patient- and provider-level components), which will increase awareness of and modify the complex, intersecting factors that contribute to cervical cancer development among cisgender women with HIV (WWH). In Aim 1a, the investigators will explore the multi-level barriers and facilitators to follow-up appointment attendance among WWH who have had a recent high-risk abnormal Pap smear in the past six months, via qualitative interviews with WWH who have either attended at least one follow-up visit (n\<10) or have not yet attended a follow-up visit (n\<10). In Aim 1b, the investigators will explore provider awareness of the HIV-cervical cancer relationship and perspectives on barriers to retention in care via qualitative interviews (n\<8). For Aim 2, The study team will leverage the Aim 1 data, develop a patient-level intervention (1-2 sessions) and a provider toolkit, with the goal of increasing retention in care among WWH who are at heightened risk for cervical cancer. The study team will seek feedback on the manual and the toolkit from providers and from a community advisory board. In Aim 3a, the investigators will test the feasibility and acceptability of the intervention in a pilot randomized control trial (RCT) (n\<60). The study team will also assess (1) changes in self-efficacy to attend cervical cancer-related healthcare appointments pre-post intervention, (2) the proportion of women who attend a follow-up appointment, and, of those participants, (3) the proportion of women who complete the next phase of treatment. In Aim 3b, the investigators will explore the feasibility of intervention implementation in the clinic and acceptability of the provider-level intervention components in qualitative interviews with providers, clinic staff, the interventionalists, and other key stakeholders (n\<10). Subjects who have enrolled in the oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy (OPMD) natural history study (Study BNTC-OPMD-NH-001) and have completed at least 6 months of follow up in Study BNTC-OPMD-NH-001 may be eligible to participate in this study, where all subjects will be treated with a single dose of BB-301. BB-301 will be injected directly into the middle pharyngeal constrictor muscle and the inferior pharyngeal constrictor muscle of the throat through the use of an open surgical procedure conducted under general anesthesia. The primary objectives of the study are to evaluate the safety of BB-301, to identify the best dose of BB-301 to administer to patients, and to characterize how well BB-301 works to improve the symptoms of dysphagia in patients with OPMD. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effects of two different healthy lifestyles on outcomes for those with bipolar disorder. The goals are to understand the acceptability of time-restricted eating and the mediterranean diet for those who are already receiving medication treatment for bipolar disorder, and to consider how these two food plans predict changes in manic symptoms, depressive symptoms, and Quality of Life. Participants will complete daily measures of eating, sleep and mood for two weeks, and then will be assigned to follow one of the two food plans for eight weeks. The overall objective of this study is to investigate various physical and mental health needs of collegiate athletes and how they differ in and out of sport. Researchers aim to identify facets of support that athletes may need when transitioning out of sport. To achieve this objective, the study is broken down into two specific parts: 1) an online, anonymous survey assessing 200 athletes to evaluate support needed both during and post sport, quantitatively; and 2) focus groups with 50 athletes who are about to retire or have retired from sport recently to evaluate support needed both during and post sport, qualitatively. Investigators developed a brief, scalable, behavioral Sleep Promotion Program (SPP) for adolescents with short sleep duration and sleep-wake irregularity, which relies on two individual sessions and smart phone technology to deliver evidence-based strategies. This R34 will test the feasibility and initial effectiveness of the SPP program and provider training via pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT, n=50) comparing SPP to Sleep Psychoeducation, a brief session on healthy sleep habits.
