The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy of SensoniQ® Treatment Station in preventing or reducing chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) in patients receiving frontline carboplatin and paclitaxel chemotherapy for a gynecologic malignancy. This study will also assess the improvement of CIPN in patients who have previously received carboplatin and paclitaxel therapy with persistent Grade 2 or worse neuropathy. The main questions this clinical trial aims to answer are: 1. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the use of the Prone Positioner in pediatric patients with tracheostomies (trachs). The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * What is the fit and satisfaction of the device? * Does the device fulfill the goal of allowing infants with trachs participate in tummy time * What aesthetic feedback will the study team receive on the prone positioner from families, therapists, and nursing staff. Participants will be placed in the Prone Positioner, they will be monitored for their comfort/satisfaction with use, and how well they are able to be receive ventilation while in the device. This two-year study will evaluate the feasibility and safety of an exercise + cognitive training program to improve neurological symptoms of long-COVID. This is a two-phased trial: 1) an exercise phase and 2) a cognitive training phase. The exercise phase will be an aquatic based exercise program. A combination exercise + memory training programs designed for persons with cognitive impairment have significantly improved memory more than other single intervention groups (exercise only, cognitive training only) and given the success of combination training programs with healthy adults, it is important to adapt these programs for persons with neurological symptoms of long-COVID. Women who develop preeclampsia during pregnancy are four times more likely to develop cardiovascular disease later in life, even if they are otherwise healthy. The reason why this occurs may be related to lasting blood vessel damage after the pregnancy but there are currently no specific treatment strategies to prevent this disease progression. This study addresses this public health issue by examining whether starting low dose aspirin therapy after pregnancy is an effective treatment for lasting blood vessel damage in order to inform better clinical management of cardiovascular disease risk in women who have had preeclampsia.
