This is a multi-center, open-label, Phase 0 substudy designed to evaluate the localized pharmacodynamics (PD) of rilvegostomig, volrustomig, sabestomig, and AZD9592 within the tumor microenvironment (TME) when administered intratumorally in microdose quantities via the CIVO device in patients presenting with Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) with a surface accessible lesion, who are scheduled for tumor and/or regional node dissection as part of their standard treatment. PD effects due to injected investigational agents, either as single agents or as AZD9592 drug combinations with the evaluated biologics, will be compared to those elicited by pembrolizumab alone, which will also be injected in microdose quantities via the CIVO device. Purpose of research The purpose of this study was to demonstrate that polyethylene (Vitamin E-containing polyethylene), a newly introduced biomaterial for tibial inserts in hip replacement surgery and widely used clinically, but whose mid- to long-term clinical results are still unknown, is superior to conventional polyethylene in vivo. The aim of this project is to conduct an international multi-center joint research study to determine whether polyethylene wear debris production can be reduced in the future, using an in vivo polyethylene wear debris analysis method that the investigators developed as a method that can provide early feedback. The purpose of this study is to look at how signals in the brain, body, and behavior relate to anxiety and memory function. This project seeks to develop the CAMERA (Context-Aware Multimodal Ecological Research and Assessment) platform, a state-of-the-art open multimodal hardware/software system for measuring human brain-behavior relationships. The R61 portion of the project is designed to develop the CAMERA platform, which will use multimodal, passive sensor data to predict anxiety-memory state in patients undergoing inpatient monitoring with intracranial electrodes for clinical epilepsy, as well as to build CAMERA's passive data framework and active data framework. The goal of the study is to compare different types of high intensity circuit exercises over an 8-class training series in people with Parkinson disease. The main question it aims to answer is: -Does including arm and hand exercises with leg exercises improve reaction time, balance, functional measures, gait speed and quality of life? The goal of this observational study is to find out what factors affect the health and risks in adults with glioblastoma (GBM), a grade 4 brain cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How do genetic and immune system factors impact survival and quality of life in GBM patients? * What occupational and medical history factors are linked to the risk of getting GBM? Participants will: * Fill out an online survey about their medical history and lifestyle. Participants will have the chance to give a blood sample (from the outer arm) for genetic and immune system testing. The goal of this survey is to assess several aspects related to patient preferences regarding interventions for alleviating tinnitus through invasive electrical brain stimulation (neuromodulation). This survey covers the acceptance of a surgically-placed brain implant, of its associated risks related to the neurosurgical procedure, usability considerations, and the willingness/ability to pay for such a treatment. The major goal of this study is to evaluate a multi-component, multilevel HIV prevention intervention that targets theoretically-informed and empirically-identified barriers to and facilitators of both HIV testing and PEP/PrEP uptake by combining existing evidence-based and novel evidence-informed components and integrating them into a community-based organization's (CBO) standard of care (SOC) PEP/PrEP navigation program. The evaluation will apply use a 2x2 factorial design to randomize and follow for 18 months 480 PrEP-eligible Black MSM (aged 18-65) living in the NYC area to one of four combinations of interventions. The impact of the social/media campaign, delivered to both geographic (print media) and Black MSM communities (social media) and launched midway through recruitment, will be assessed through assessment of timing and length of exposure as covariates in analysis. Eliminating inappropriate antibiotic use in pediatric lower respiratory tract infections (LRTI) is the central focus of this research. LRTIs (pneumonia, bronchiolitis, and infection-related exacerbations of asthma) account for nearly one-third of all emergency department (ED) visits and 40% of all infection-related hospitalizations in US children. LRTIs also account for more antibiotic use in children's hospitals than any other condition, despite most LRTIs being viral in nature. Inappropriate antibiotics are associated with substantial adverse effects. Accordingly, national guidelines strongly discourage routine antibiotic use for bronchiolitis and acute asthma and argue for significantly reducing antibiotic exposure (initiation, spectrum, and duration) in pneumonia. To address the problem of inappropriate antibiotic use, hospital-based antimicrobial stewardship programs (ASPs) are now common nationwide, and these programs have demonstrated effectiveness in some hospital settings. Unfortunately, traditional ASP approaches do not translate well to the fast-paced and unpredictable ED environment, and hospital-based ASP resources are finite and not always immediately available. Clinical decision support (CDS) embedded within the electronic health record (EHR) is a strategy that could address the ED antibiotic stewardship gap. Informed by a deep understanding of the key facilitators and barriers to using CDS to support appropriate antibiotic use in ED and hospital settings, the investigators have developed two stewardship-focused CDS interventions for pediatric LRTI. The overarching goal of this research is to rigorously evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of these CDS tools, alone and in combination, against usual care only in a pragmatic randomized clinical trial at 3 U.S. children's hospitals.
