Study of Inupadenant (EOS100850) with Chemotherapy As Second Line Treatment for Nonsquamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
The study will first determine the optimal dose of inupadenant to be given in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed to patients that progressed after receiving first line anti-PD(L)1 treatment for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The efficacy and safety of the combination is then compared to standard of care carboplatin and pemetrexed in the same populations.

Tau Networks in Psychotic Alzheimer's Disease
Recruiting
This research project aims to understand the brain mechanisms behind the manifestation of psychotic symptoms in Alzheimer´s disease (AD), and nature of the unique relationship with tau pathology. Amongst the cognitive manifestations of psychosis are impairments related to frontal circuits (social cognition, working memory and executive function deficits). The investigator's previous work suggests a role of tau pathology (one of the hallmarks of AD neuropathology) in the manifestation of psychosi... Read More

Triheptanoin for Children with Primary-Specific Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Complex (PDC) Deficiency
Recruiting
This is a medical research study to test a medication in patients with a disease called Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Complex (PDC) Deficiency. The medication is triheptanoin, which is currently FDA approved for the treatment of Long-Chain Fatty Acid Oxidation Disorders. Previous research suggests that triheptanoin may also be effective in the treatment PDC Deficiency. This study will investigate the safety and efficacy (how well it works) of triheptanoin in patients with PDC Deficiency.

Whole Transcriptome Profiling and Metabolic Phenotyping in Children With ROHHAD Syndrome
Recruiting
Rapid onset Obesity, Hypoventilation, Hypothalamic dysfunction and Autonomic Dysregulation (ROHHAD) is a syndrome named in 2007. The hallmark of the syndrome is the rapid onset obesity and dysregulation of central ventilation. There is little information about the metabolic changes that lead to the rapid onset obesity in these children. The investigators would like to study the metabolic phenotype of these children to understand the disturbances in energy balance that lead to the rapid onset obe... Read More

Single and Combined Effects of Behavioral, Academic, and Medication Treatments for ADHD in the Classroom
Recruiting
This study is the first to systematically evaluate the efficacy of single and combined academic accommodation, behavioral treatment, and medication treatment in a large sample of children with ADHD. Using a scientifically rigorous, cross-over design the impact of these approaches on ecologically valid measures of outcome (on-task behavior, quiz scores, academic productivity) will be assessed to inform effective school intervention.

CD19.CAR Allogeneic NKT for Patients With Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell Malignancies (ANCHOR)
Recruiting
This study is for patients who have lymphoma or leukemia that has come back or has not gone away after treatment. Because there is no standard treatment for this cancer, patients are being asked to volunteer for a gene transfer research study using special immune cells. The body has different ways of fighting infection and disease. No single way seems perfect for fighting cancers. This research study combines two different ways of fighting disease, antibodies and immune cells. Antibodies are ty... Read More

Female Asian Nonsmoker Screening Study
Recruiting
The study team propose to develop a database and biorepository of Asian female never smokers. This population is at increased risk for developing lung cancer but do not meet current lung cancer screening criteria. Study procedures will include up to 3 low-dose CT (LDCT) scans and a blood-based assay with the capability for early detection of cancer.
