The researchers are doing this study to measure and test cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in the blood before, during, and after first-line treatment for follicular lymphoma. They will look at whether cfDNA levels are related to a person's response to the usual first-line treatment for follicular lymphoma. It is expected that large numbers of healthcare workers will experience a broad range of psychological reactions and symptoms including anxiety, depression, moral distress, and trauma symptoms that will cause both significant suffering as well as occupational and social impairment. The purpose of this study is to find interventions which are helpful in treating psychological distress in healthcare workers caring for COVID-19 patients. There are two phases of the study. All participants will take part in Phase I, which consists of 4 sessions over a two-week period of either a narrative writing intervention or a medical music intervention. Participants will be randomly assigned to the narrative writing intervention or medical music intervention. After Phase I, participants will be re-assessed. Healthcare workers who meet criteria for PTSD will be given the option to participate in Phase II of the study, in which they will be offered a choice between one of two evidence-based treatments for PTSD: Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) or Exposure Therapy (ET). Both treatments are comprised of ten 75-minute sessions scheduled twice weekly. Participants will be allowed to choose a preferred treatment in Phase II. Individuals who self-report as SAs will be recruited to participate in this registry as well as non-SA controls for comparison. All individuals who consent to participate will 1) complete a survey assessing demographics, medical history, family medical history; 2) have blood collection; 3) and CCTA assessment. These data will be combined with clinical data from the electronic health record and, if applicable, the Dallas Hearts and Mind Study and other research studies, for research purposes. Furthermore, the long-term goal of this research proposal is to understand the natural history of meniscal root tears and their subsequent repair, in order to better determine risk factors for inferior outcomes and progression to osteoarthritis (OA). The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the performance of WOUNDCHEK™ Bacterial Status (WCBS) with untrained users in diverse CLIA waived locations and trained users and compare the results to those obtained in the study used for De Novo approval (DEN180014). Untrained and trained users are as defined in the FDA guidance document entitled 'Recommendations for Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) Waiver Applications for Manufacturers of In Vitro Diagnostic Devices' (Feb 2020). The test result will be blinded to the clinician treating the wound. The healing outcome at 12 weeks following the test will be compared for wounds positive vs negative for bacterial protease activity (BPA). Study success criteria will be that the positive likelihood ratio (PLR) of a BPA positive wound being non-healing at 12 weeks for both trained and untrained users will be statistically comparable to the PLR obtained in the study submitted for DEN180014. One hundred subjects undergoing clinically-indicated, standard-of-care cardiac electrophysiology study (EPS) procedure for PVCs will receive adenosine and/or verapamil to learn if their arrhythmias are inducible similarly to sustained ventricular tachycardia. This study is a randomized proof-of-concept study to assess the efficacy of Virtual Reality (VR) vs standard of care in 50 adult patients in the New York Presbyterian Burn Unit. The participants who are randomized to receive the virtual reality intervention will also receive opioids, which is the standard of care and is known to be effective. Participants will be randomly assigned to two groups. The first group will receive VR during their painful procedure (e.g., wound dressing changes, physical therapy etc.) in addition to the standard of care.
