The purpose of this pilot study is to examine the feasibility and preliminary efficacy of Empowered Relief for Youth with chronic pain (ER-Y). ER-Y is a single-session pain management class for youth focused on pain science education and teaching self-regulatory skills for pain management based on the evidence-based adult ER class. Feasibility and acceptability of ER-Y will be assessed post-class. Preliminary efficacy will be assessed by administering surveys at baseline, 4-weeks, 8-weeks, and 12-weeks post class. Read Less

The goal of this prospective cohort study is to learn about the impact of an adapted dance program in youth with cerebral palsy. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Are there clinically significant benefits for children with cerebral palsy who participate in an Adaptive Dance Program? 2. Is it feasible to implement an adaptive dance program using action-observation principles for children diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (CP)? This study aims to examine the long-term effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), a non-invasive brain stimulation technique, on chronic headaches following mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). rTMS has been shown to be effective in reducing chronic headaches without side effects commonly seen in medications, such as sleepiness and addiction. This study uses rTMS to manage chronic headaches to improve post-concussion symptoms and reduce the economic burden due to delayed recovery. More than one million Americans present with foot drop after stroke. As the aging population grows in the United States and across the world, incidence of stroke will grow as age is a key risk factor, thus there will be a need for low-cost, easy-to-use, and scalable solutions to administer proper therapy to promote recovery. The purpose of this research study is to see if the medication sacituzumab govitecan (SG) is effective at the currently approved dose and schedule in people who have previously received trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) for the treatment of metastatic, hormone receptor positive (HR+)/human epidermal growth factor 2 low (HER2 low) breast cancer. Although SG is approved to treat metastatic HR+/HER2 negative breast cancer, the aim of this study is to determine if SG is still effective specifically in people who have already received T-DXd. The Investigators are seeking your consent to participate in research investigating the development of a mobile application that enhances physical and cognitive assessments. This is in response to the growing significance of the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) in Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (AD/ADRD) research. The SPPB has proven its value in evaluating lower extremity function and mobility in older adults, providing predictive insights into declines in daily living activities, falls, hospitalization, disability, and mortality. Recognizing the need for accessible and automated assessment tools, this project endeavors to design a mobile app with multi-fold functionality. The final version will guide users through SPPB tests, offer real-time performance scoring, and facilitate frequent, objective, and accurate physical and cognitive assessments. This is particularly critical for monitoring the progression of ADRD, identifying subtle physical changes indicative of cognitive decline, and enabling timely interventions tailored to patients' evolving needs. Our goal is to collect video data from 20 to 30 participants 18+ years of age who are considered healthy with no severe mobility issues to perform the SPPB. The video data will be used to develop a prototype of the SPPB application and validate testing in the lab. The objective is to conduct an early-stage clinical trial in order to provide data required to support a future clinical trial to demonstrate the effectiveness of a culturally acceptable treatment program to increase exercise and regular physical activity among Hispanics with knee osteoarthritis (OA). Hispanic patients with knee OA paired with a chosen family member/close friend will be recruited for study participation. A pilot randomized controlled trial will be conducted. Study pairs will be randomized to receive either: 1) an intervention that will be administered by live video consultations and will include educational sessions about OA, a muscle strengthening program, and a program that will aim to promote regular physical activity involving study pairs; or 2) a control treatment that only includes live video educational sessions about OA. The purpose of this study is to test a new medication called Mosunetuzumab to see if it can help people with Extranodal Marginal Zone Lymphoma (EMZL). This study will include people who have not yet received any treatment for cancer and whose cancer is in stage I-IV.
